Rob Fore is a Reno, Nevada affiliate and network marketer who has sold online since 1996 by his own account, through a company incorporated in Nevada in 1998 VERIFIED as his statement; CORROBORATED for the incorporation. For about fifteen years he ranked review posts for the questions prospects type before joining, then sent readers into whatever he was building: My Lead System Pro, Empower Network, his own SEO courses, SendOutCards VERIFIED — Wayback. In 2026 he earns a smaller residual income, mostly from HBA, and publishes two sites that grade the industry he still earns from VERIFIED.
The income record. The records behind this profile came from him: back-office screens, a photographed stage check, PayPal tax exports and a business bank-deposit ledger VERIFIED as subject-provided files. The ledger, a Listech, Inc. QuickBooks Deposit Detail report run August 28, 2026, shows $3,820,771 in gross business deposits from August 2010 to February 2025: 341 deposits split into 1,103 line items, about $3.75M of it income-class after refunds, a pandemic loan, two personal loans, reimbursements, note repayments and an opening-balance entry are set aside. By source: Sales $2,983,568 (2011–2025), SendOutCards $402,349 (2010–2019) and Affiliate Programs $347,433 (2010–2025). By year, gross: 2010 $56K, 2011 $291K, 2012 $731K, 2013 $823K, 2014 $462K, 2015 $283K, 2016 $181K, 2017 $93K, 2018 $68K, 2019–2024 between $101K and $193K a year, and 2025 $13K, three deposits before the account stops. That is more than $100,000 in every year from 2011 to 2016 and from 2019 to 2024 VERIFIED — ledger inspected; subject-provided. Because the account stops in February 2025, its 2025 entries say nothing about his 2025 income VERIFIED. Outside his files, confirmation reaches only the peak: Business For Home lists him among Empower Network’s 2012 top producers on a page labeled as a press release, and MLSP’s Hall of Fame requires multiple six figures earned as its affiliate CORROBORATED. His 2026 income, counting only the streams that have a figure on file, is a floor of about $40,000 a year INFERRED from subject-provided records.
What the archive keeps. His 2011–2013 Empower Network review told commenters to “go all in,” adding “what if your FIRST SALE buys everything? You would earn $25 per month and you would pass the other $1600 over to me.” VERIFIED — Wayback Empower collapsed in 2017 CORROBORATED. In June 2012 he reviewed Zeek Rewards, called it not a scam and closed that it “may be worth checking out further”; in a comment on the review he wrote “I’m confident zeekrewards is a great program but there are a lot of great programs wherein the major of people do not make any money.” VERIFIED — Wayback The SEC shut Zeek down in August 2012, a company-level action VERIFIED. By October 6, 2012 he had edited the page to read “Now that Zeek Rewards has been shut down for securities fraud – guess we have to admit it DID fit the bill here,” and the page stayed live until at least September 6, 2013, about 12.5 months after the SEC action VERIFIED — Wayback. The Internet Archive holds ten copies of the page from June 25, 2012 to September 6, 2013, plus a PDF copy from July 10, 2012. No Zeek affiliate link appears in any of them, so the record shows he recommended Zeek; it does not show that he joined VERIFIED — Wayback. In July 2023 his robfore.com post read “In 5 months, $15k and $2,300 monthly” for LiveGood and “with HBA I’ve done $175k in 3 years, now doing $6 monthly” (as printed), with no typical-earnings context VERIFIED — Wayback. In 2026 he deleted his old posts and videos. His reason, in his words: “In 2026 I deleted every old blog post and video I’d published, because too many of them said things about money I wouldn’t say today.” VERIFIED — robfore.com/about
Record. No court case, regulator action or filing naming him or Listech, Inc. was found in the indexes that answered VERIFIED negatives; the CourtListener API and ftc.gov search did not answer and are gaps UNKNOWN. Company-level matters touch companies he promoted: Zeek Rewards (SEC shutdown, August 2012, after his favorable June 2012 review), Empower Network (2017 collapse), iCoinPro (DSSRC Case #122-2023, closed June 26, 2023, referred to the appropriate governmental agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission) and LiveGood (DSSRC inquiries closed in February 2024 and April 2025) VERIFIED. None names him. There is no caution flag.
“The Receipts Moat” [REPLICABLE IN DISCIPLINE, NOT IN RECORD]. He handed the publisher the document classes the methodology ranks highest, back-office screens, a check, tax records and an accounting ledger, and they were inspected: the 1099-K totals reproduce to the cent ($114,837.32 for 2012 and $73,048.77 for 2013), and the HBA residual screens add up exactly to $2,300 a month VERIFIED as subject-provided files. In a field where proof usually means a cropped dashboard, that is a real difference INFERRED. The decline sits beside the peak: deposits fell below $100,000 in 2017 and 2018, and the 2026 streams with figures come to about a seventh of the 2011 deposits VERIFIED as subject-provided files; INFERRED ratio.
Where the moat is shallow. The documents stay private: a reader can check the arithmetic printed here but cannot open the files VERIFIED. The most checkable part of his history, the public archive, is what he deleted in 2026, and what survives in Wayback copies includes the 2012 Zeek Rewards review, the Empower “go all in” copy and the 2023 LiveGood figures VERIFIED. His HBA claim card prints an earnings per lead of $40.44, where its own totals ($141,323 over 3,794 leads) give $37.25 VERIFIED arithmetic. And his own Heavy Hitter Leads page still says he “has made a full-time income working part-time,” above a line saying typical affiliates earn no income; his 2012 Zeek Rewards review used the same “full-time income working part-time” phrase VERIFIED.
What transfers. Quote the company’s median next to any personal figure, as his HBA hub does with HBA’s $0 median beside his $280,163.87 VERIFIED. Grade the companies that pay you without softening the grade: Opportunity Grade rates his seven live positions between D- and B VERIFIED. Screenshot back offices monthly so every published number has a dated screen behind it INFERRED. What does not transfer is thirty years of tenure and a 2011–2013 window (Empower Network, MLSP, SEO-tool affiliate programs) that no longer exists INFERRED.

Three facts behind the score. (1) No caution flag. Every matter on file concerns a company he promoted, Zeek Rewards in 2012 among them, not him. (2) The receipts are real and private. The publisher inspected them; readers can check only the arithmetic printed here. (3) The peak is far behind him. His documented income today is a fraction of the 2011–2016 deposits, and most of it comes from one company’s residuals.
