Model in one sentence: for about fifteen years he ranked review posts for the searches prospects type before joining ("[company] scam?"), then sent readers into whatever he was building at the time, from MLSP and Empower Network to his own SEO courses and SendOutCards; in 2026 he earns a smaller residual income, mostly from HBA, while publishing two sites that grade the industry he still earns from VERIFIED for the businesses; the income split rests on records he supplied.

Edge in one sentence: THE RECEIPTS MOAT — he handed the publisher back-office screens, a stage check, PayPal tax exports and a business bank ledger, all inspected, and let the decline sit next to the peak; what limits the moat is that those records are his own, and readers cannot open them VERIFIED for the inspection; the records are subject-provided.

Income, up front: his business bank ledger (a Listech, Inc. QuickBooks Deposit Detail report run August 28, 2026) shows $3,820,771 in gross business deposits from August 2010 to February 2025, about $3.75M of it income-class; deposits clear $100,000 for each year 2011-2016 and each year 2019-2024, peak at $823K in 2013, and dip under that mark in 2017 ($93K) and 2018 ($68K) VERIFIED — ledger inspected; subject-provided. Independent confirmation is narrower: a 2012 Business For Home press-release page names him in Empower Network's top-producer table without amounts, and MLSP's published Hall of Fame criteria require multiple six figures earned as its affiliate, with no date attached CORROBORATED. After 2013, no outside source pins down a single year's amount UNKNOWN. Today's streams that have figures on file add up to a floor of about $40,000 a year INFERRED from subject-provided records.

Record: no court case, regulator action or filing naming him or Listech, Inc. turned up in the indexes that answered VERIFIED negatives. The matters on file are company-level: Zeek Rewards (SEC shutdown, August 2012, two months after his favorable review of it), Empower Network (collapse, 2017), iCoinPro (a 2023 DSSRC referral to government agencies including the FTC) and LiveGood (DSSRC inquiries closed in 2024 and 2025) VERIFIED. • Company-published recognition: MLSP Member of the Month, March 2011 VERIFIED — MLSP page, Wayback. MLSP Hall of Fame, inducted between 2015 (the Hall of Fame badge reads "EST. 2015") and August 2018 (the page's update stamp), and listed on the same page as Ray Higdon VERIFIED. MLSP's stated criteria for every inductee: three or more years on its Executive Mastermind Team, products of their own in the MLSP back office, and having "earned multiple 6-figures with MLSP as an affiliate" VERIFIED. His card quote on that page, "top 20 income earner with a team of over 11,000 world-wide," is his own claim VERIFIED as published; magnitude UNKNOWN.
• Empower Network peak: a Business For Home page from October 18, 2012, labeled "Press Release," lists him in a 20-name Empower Network top-producer table that also names David Wood, David Sharpe, Tracey Walker and Nick Bramble, and prints no dollar figures VERIFIED. A photographed stage check, "PAY TO THE ORDER OF Rob Fore ... $232,865.00," dated January 19, 2013, carries the printed signatures "Dave Wood & Dave Sharpe" VERIFIED as a subject-provided photo; a stage prop, not a bank instrument. Income grade A-. The class of evidence here is the methodology's top class: back-office screens (HBA, Traffic Authority, LiveGood), a photographed 2013 Empower Network stage check, PayPal 1099-K exports for 2012 and 2013, and a business bank-deposit ledger running from August 2010 to February 2025, all inspected by the publisher VERIFIED as subject-provided files. The 1099-K totals reproduce to the cent ($114,837.32 and $73,048.77) and the HBA screens reproduce exactly ($160 + $540 + $1,600 = $2,300) VERIFIED. The ledger, a Listech, Inc. QuickBooks Deposit Detail report run August 28, 2026, shows $3,820,771 in gross business deposits: 341 deposits split into 1,103 line items from August 2010 to February 2025, when deposits to that account stop. About $3.75M of that is income-class, after setting aside refunds, a pandemic loan, two personal loans, reimbursements, note repayments and an opening-balance entry. No independent source fixes any year's amount after 2013 UNKNOWN. Current income, with the math: HBA $2,300 x 12 = $27,600; LiveGood about $6,500 (2026 to August 28, annualized); My Lead Gen Secret about $5,050; Traffic Authority about $400 — at least about $40,000 a year in the streams with figures on file INFERRED from subject-provided inputs. Why A- and not A: every core document came from the subject, nothing outside his records fixes a year's amount, and the HBA claim card prints an earnings per lead of $40.44 where its own totals give $37.25 VERIFIED arithmetic.

• Empower Network mechanics: his review, live from November 6, 2011, said the program "may be exactly what you are looking for" and told commenters to "go all in," adding: "what if your FIRST SALE buys everything? You would earn $25 per month and you would pass the other $1600 over to me." He gave the publisher the documents the methodology ranks highest — back-office screens, a photographed check, PayPal tax exports and a business bank ledger — and let the publisher inspect them and print the decline beside the peak VERIFIED for the inspection. In a field where proof is usually a cropped dashboard, that is a real differentiator. The documents stay private, though: a reader can check the arithmetic but cannot open the files VERIFIED.
• What limits it: the most checkable part of his history, the public archive, is what he deleted in 2026 because it "said things about money I wouldn't say today" VERIFIED. CourtListener RECAP returns 9 results for "Listech", every one an OCR misreading of words such as "listed" and none about Listech, Inc.; the opinions query returns an empty body VERIFIED. The CourtListener API (rate-limited) and ftc.gov search (error shell) are gaps, not negatives UNKNOWN.
• Zeek Rewards (reviewed, company-level): the SEC shut Zeek Rewards down in August 2012 VERIFIED. His June 2012 review called it not a scam and "worth checking out further," and in a comment he wrote "I'm confident zeekrewards is a great program but there are a lot of great programs wherein the major of people do not make any money." VERIFIED — Wayback. By October 6, 2012 he had edited the page to read "Now that Zeek Rewards has been shut down for securities fraud – guess we have to admit it DID fit the bill here," and it stayed live until at least September 6, 2013, about 12.5 months after the SEC action VERIFIED — Wayback.
