These terms cover how you may use the Site and what you're agreeing to when you buy access. A few things here are important and easy to miss — the editorial disclaimer, the no-earnings-guarantee, and how the membership renews — so they're called out plainly, not buried.
Welcome to TOP EARNERS (the "Site"), published by Listech, Inc. ("we," "us"). By accessing the Site or buying anything on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The profiles, dossiers, playbooks, grades, and analysis on the Site are independent editorial content based on public sources, prepared under the standard described in our Methodology. They are provided for information and are not investment, financial, business, tax, or legal advice, and not a recommendation to join, buy, promote, or avoid any company, program, or opportunity. Any decision you make is your own. Profiles are independent coverage of public figures' public business activity and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by the people or companies covered.
A grade is an opinion. It is our assessment of a subject's public business activity, formed from the sources we cite and reached under the standard in ourMethodology. Reasonable people reading the same material could weigh it differently and reach a different letter. Where you think we weighed it wrong, the sources are published so you can say exactly where.
The facts underneath a grade are not opinions, and we hold ourselves to them. Factual claims in a dossier are sourced, dated, and linked wherever the source is public. If a fact is wrong, that is a correction we owe you and the subject, and the process is below.
Allegations are reported at their stated stage, and the stage matters. A complaint is an allegation, not a finding. A regulatory notice is not a court judgment. A first-instance decision under appeal is not final. We label these and we do not collapse them into a statement that somebody did something unlawful. Where a matter is contested or unresolved, the dossier says so.
A caution flag is a caution, not an accusation of wrongdoing. It means a reader should look closely before acting, and the dossier states what specifically prompted it.
A dossier is a snapshot with a date on it. People change what they sell and how they sell it. Each dossier records when it was written and from what. An assessment moves when the evidence moves it, in either direction.
If you are a subject of a dossier, you have a right of reply, and you do not need a lawyer to use it. Send us your position and the documents behind it through/claim/. If we got something wrong we will correct it on the dossier itself rather than quietly editing it, because a silent edit destroys the record that makes the rest of the Site worth reading.
The Site discusses how others have earned money, and in places shows documented results — including the founder's own. Those figures are examples, not typical results, and not a promise of what you will earn. Income in MLM and affiliate marketing depends on factors we don't control — effort, skill, market, timing, the program's own terms, and luck — and most participants earn substantially less than any top earner featured here; many earn little or nothing. Where a specific program publishes an income disclosure, consult it. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of income or results.
Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you click one and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed where they appear and, as stated throughout the Site, never change our findings, grades, or caution flags. See our Methodology for the independence firewall.
We offer paid access to full dossiers:
Access is delivered as online access on this Site (not a downloadable file or an emailed document): after purchase you verify your email at /access/ and the content opens in your browser. Access continues for as long as your purchase or membership is active. We may add, change, or retire content over time; a dossier's contents are not guaranteed to remain identical.
The All-Access Membership is an annual subscription that automatically renews. It renews one year from the date you join, and every year after that, at the same $97 rate unless we tell you in advance that the price is changing. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, the payment method on file is charged. We'll treat the terms shown at checkout as controlling for price.
We email you 30 days before each renewal and again 7 days before, to the address on your account, so a renewal charge is never a surprise.
To cancel, email support@topearners.net at any time and we will cancel it — there is no form to find and no phone call. You can also cancel through your account with our checkout provider. Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again; your access runs to the end of the term you have paid for. On cancellation, membership access ends at the end of the paid term. The Single Dossier Unlock is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
We offer a 7-day refund on all products, subscriptions, and memberships. If you're not satisfied, email support@topearners.net within 7 days of your purchase (or of a membership renewal charge) and we'll refund it. When a purchase is refunded, the related access ends. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Paid content is licensed to you for your own personal, individual use. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, scrape, or share paid dossiers or your access credentials, or use automated means to bulk-download the Site. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access content you haven't paid for. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms.
The Site's original content — the dossiers, writing, compilation, structure, and brand — is owned by Listech, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party names, marks, and media referenced on the Site belong to their owners and are used for identification and commentary (nominative fair use); their appearance does not imply any endorsement. Media from other platforms is embedded from, and remains subject to, those platforms. If you believe your copyrighted work appears here improperly, see our DMCA policy.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work hard to be accurate and to correct verified errors quickly (see Corrections), but we don't warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listech, Inc. and its officers and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Listech, Inc. agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
