Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Listech, Inc. ("we," "us"), publisher of TOP EARNERS at topearners.net (the "Site"), handles information about visitors and customers. By using the Site you agree to this policy together with our Terms.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your email address when you follow a promoter, subscribe to the Intelligence Brief, or submit a nomination or claim form; the contents of those forms and any correction or support message you send; and, if you buy access, the account and billing details you enter at checkout.
• Purchase information. When you buy a dossier unlock or membership, checkout and payment are handled by our e-commerce provider, systeme.io. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your account email so we can grant access — we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement tool, to understand aggregate traffic — it does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not track you across other sites. We set a small number of functional cookies described below.

The profiles themselves are about public figures' public business activity and are drawn from public sources — that's editorial content, not personal data we've collected about you. This policy covers your information as a visitor or customer. How we source and correct profile content is described in our Methodology and Corrections policy.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for — send the Brief, grant and verify access to content you bought, respond to a nomination, correction, or support request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To send you service messages, and — where you've opted in — the email newsletter. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

We keep cookies to the minimum the Site needs to work:

• Access cookies. When you verify a purchase, we set a secure cookie so the content you bought stays unlocked as you browse. It exists to recognize a paying customer's browser and nothing more.
• A lightweight hint flag that tells the page a purchase was verified on this browser, so it knows whether to check your entitlement — a performance throttle, not a tracker.
• Third-party media. Some pages display media (such as video thumbnails and links) served from the original platform, e.g. YouTube. Loading that media can involve a request to that platform, which may see your IP address under its own privacy policy. We don't control those platforms' cookies.

We don't use cookies to build an advertising profile of you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; if you block the access cookies, purchased content won't stay unlocked.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site, each handling data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security logging, and cookieless Web Analytics.
• systeme.io — our e-commerce and email provider: it processes purchases, stores your customer record, verifies your access, and delivers the newsletter and service emails.
• Tally — hosts the nomination, claim, and question forms and stores their submissions.
• Google (Gmail / Google Workspace) — the email service through which we receive and reply to correspondence you send us (corrections, privacy requests, support, DMCA notices).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Site, our users, or others. If the business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain uses. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights — and because we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there's no such activity to opt out of. Visitors in the EU/UK (GDPR) have corresponding rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability.

To make any request, email privacy@topearners.net. We'll verify the request against the information we hold and respond within the time the applicable law requires. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such email.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires (for example, records of a purchase are kept for tax and accounting periods). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. The Site is operated from the United States; if you access it from elsewhere, your information is processed in the U.S.

The Site isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
