Executive Summary

Sarah Robbins is a career network marketer with two businesses she keeps apart on purpose. One is a field organization inside a direct-selling company: Rodan + Fields from its March 2008 launch in direct sales until the company dropped its multi-level plan in 2024, and Shaklee since the second half of 2024 VERIFIED for the R+F tenure and the Shaklee replicated site; CORROBORATED for the Shaklee start. The other is a teaching brand that names no company and sells to network marketers anywhere: a 2013 book, training CDs, a podcast that ended in June 2024, group coaching now called the Multiply Membership ($97 a month or $997 a year), an application-only Multiply Mastermind ($15,000 for twelve months), and an August 2025 book, The Multiply Method VERIFIED, her pages and the publisher’s listing.

Where she started. She was a kindergarten and first-grade teacher in Metro Detroit during the 2008 recession, facing the loss of her job and freelancing at skincare events for $20 an hour, including events for Rodan + Fields while it was still a department-store brand VERIFIED as her account. When the brand moved into direct selling, she and her mother, who sponsored her, became its first two consultants; her sister’s 2017 LinkedIn post says the same CORROBORATED. A 2011 video on her channel bills her as “Top Earner and RFX Circle Level V Leader”, and a 2013 consultant-blog profile says she was “named the 2010 top earner” VERIFIED as published. She lives in Southern California today; her 2013 website listed a business address in Canton, Michigan, and her Facebook page still shows Canton VERIFIED, About page, mastermind page, an MLM Nation interview, Wayback.

The July 2024 call. On 15 July 2024 Rodan + Fields told its leaders it would leave multi-level marketing on 1 September 2024. Its FAQ now says consultants “now earn a 30% affiliate commission on all sales, with no limit” and that it is not accepting new consultants VERIFIED, rodanandfields.com. She says the change ended “99.9% of our income” with “a 60-day runway” VERIFIED as her statement, DSN SHIFT and the Dr. Leaf Show. Her coaching business paid the household bills through the gap, in her words: “We can pay the bills on this. We can live.” VERIFIED, Xponential interview. She has said she resigned “in good Integrity” after the company moved into retail VERIFIED, DSN SHIFT.

The move to Shaklee. She interviewed company owners and chose Shaklee, and her core leaders came with her VERIFIED as her account. She was building there by the second half of 2024: on the Dr. Leaf Show, recorded a year after the July call, she says “We started over one year ago” CORROBORATED with her other 2025 interviews. Former Rodan + Fields leaders launched Shaklee’s “Ageless” campaign at an event in Franklin, Tennessee, on 22 September 2024, and her R+F team site pointed to her personal site by mid-September VERIFIED, LinkedIn capture; Wayback. In early January 2025 she co-hosted an Ageless open house with Shaklee’s owner, Roger Barnett; YouTube shows it uploaded on 15 February 2025, but Barnett opens by welcoming the new year and the promo code is “new 2025” VERIFIED, transcript. Ageless is Shaklee’s campaign; she describes it as “the new movement that we are creating” VERIFIED as her framing. No source names her Shaklee rank UNKNOWN.

The loss became the pitch. She held The Multiply Method back a year after the call to test it, she says, under pressure VERIFIED as her account. Mission Driven Press, an imprint of Forefront Books distributed by Simon & Schuster, published it on 12 August 2025, and a ClickFunnels page offered “Over $1,200 in FREE Bonuses” to buyers who entered an Amazon order number VERIFIED. It ranked first on IndieReader’s self-published list in Shelf Awareness for the week reported 26 August 2025, and a USA TODAY Booklist page shows “Previous Rank: 1” VERIFIED; list week UNKNOWN. Through 2025 she told the same built-lost-rebuilt story on at least nine industry podcasts, and in September 2025 she rebuilt sarahrobbins.com around the word “Multiply” VERIFIED.

Her numbers and the company’s. Her pages and interviews describe her former team’s sales as “over a billion” a year (her prospecting guide, which pairs it with “a team of over 400,000”), “over 1.6 billion”, “over $2 billion in sales annually” (About page and book copy, with no headcount) and “$20B in Sales” (Instagram bio) VERIFIED as her statements. For comparison, Rodan + Fields reported more than $1 billion in company revenue for 2016, and Forbes, citing Moody’s, reported $1.6 billion for 2018, later falling to $1.3 billion VERIFIED as published. She does not say whether her figures mean company revenue, retail value or a cumulative total, and a cumulative or retail reading could account for some of the gap INFERRED. Her personal income has never been tied to a figure in any document; the income grade is C+, explained in the Score Note.

Record. No court, regulator or enforcement record names her VERIFIED negative, CourtListener and SEC EDGAR; FTC site search blocked. Three matters concern Rodan + Fields as a company and do not name her: a COVID-era FTC warning letter dated 24 April 2020 about participants’ earnings claims, a 2022 class settlement of $38 million over the Lash Boost serum, and a California suit alleging consultant misclassification reported by Retail Dive CORROBORATED as reported; company-level. Her own earnings and testimonial disclaimers are dated 7-19-2012; her privacy policy dates from 2018 VERIFIED.

The Edge

“The Portable Trust Brand” [PARTIALLY REPLICABLE]. For about eleven years before the collapse she built a teaching identity that never mentioned her company: free generic trainings, a book other teams could use, CDs, a podcast, group coaching, and a mastermind of leaders from other companies VERIFIED. As early as 2014 she called her training “completely generic … it mentions no company”, and none of her three sites mentions Shaklee today VERIFIED, 2014 blog; captures of all three sites. When Rodan + Fields removed the plan, two things survived that the company did not own. Her leaders stayed with her: “we were starting with a team of leaders”, she said on DSN SHIFT. And her coaching business became the main income: “my plan B all of a sudden became my plan A” VERIFIED as her statements.

What it did not protect. The customers. “Starting completely over with zero customers. Like, I didn’t get to carry a customer over,” she said VERIFIED, DSN SHIFT. The edge is relational and reputational; it is not a customer asset. The loss itself then became content. Every 2025 interview ran on it, and her book video frames it as the proof: “we went from billions in sales to … just starting over … It actually accelerated” VERIFIED. She did not criticize the company in public, and that is part of why hosts booked her. “No one has heard me in a private setting or in a public setting speak negatively about them,” she told Xponential VERIFIED; INFERRED effect.

What copies and what does not. A newcomer can copy the structure. Build a company-agnostic teaching brand and an email list in year one. Teach in generic terms. Add a paid coaching tier while field income is strong, and keep the two businesses apart on your own site INFERRED. The position cannot be copied. She was consultant number two in a company that passed a billion dollars in revenue. Hosts introduced her as a founding top earner for sixteen years. And by her account, company owners were on the phone with her within hours of the call VERIFIED as her statement. A late entrant has to substitute borrowed audiences, such as podcast guesting and endorsements, plus a documented system and years of patience. Her coaching brand took about a decade to become the floor that held in 2024 INFERRED.

Score Note

This dossier scores 66, Tier 2, cohort MLM. The model label “Coaching-layer life raft” names what the record shows: the teaching business she built beside her field income is what carried her when the field income ended.

Income: 24/40. Rodan + Fields’ disclosures show what the very top of its plan earned. In 2018, 97 consultants averaged $1,203,920. In 2020, the top five RFx consultants averaged $2,756,100. In 2022, the highest-paid consultant in the top leadership group earned $1,879,027, while the typical paid consultant earned $366 a year VERIFIED, R+F income disclosures. Her “top earner” billing puts her near that top VERIFIED as published; INFERRED as to her. Docked because every personal figure is her own claim, from a 2014 “6-figure MONTHLY income” to a 2026 “8-figure network marketing business”; because her Shaklee rank and pay are undocumented; and because coaching and book revenue are undisclosed UNKNOWN. A net worth figure for her circulates on a third-party blog; Top Earners does not reproduce it.

Audience: 20/30. Her Facebook page has 272,015 followers, Instagram 71.8K and YouTube 43K subscribers, on a site she has run since 2006 VERIFIED, 15 October 2026. Docked because the YouTube channel is mostly dormant: her last three long uploads drew 210 to 297 views each. Her claimed half-million email list is unverified VERIFIED counts; list size UNKNOWN.

Activity: 13/20. She ran a 2025 podcast circuit, rebuilt her site in September 2025, and updated its webinar library in October 2026. Her Shaklee team runs an active onboarding playbook VERIFIED. Docked for one YouTube upload in the trailing 90 days and an announced podcast, Leaders Multiply, that we could not find VERIFIED.

Dossier value: 9/10. This is a rare, well-documented case of what survives when a company removes its compensation plan overnight. The leaders’ trust and an owned coaching business survived; the customers did not. The replicable half, a teaching brand kept apart from the company, is spelled out in her own pages VERIFIED; INFERRED lesson.

Three facts behind the score. (1) No caution flag. No court, regulator or enforcement record names her; the FTC letter, the Lash Boost settlement and the misclassification suit are Rodan + Fields matters at the company level. (2) Her income is likely high but undocumented. The company’s own disclosures make a seven-figure top tier real, yet nothing ties a figure to her, and her Shaklee rank is unknown. (3) Her team-sales numbers are claims. They range from over $1 billion to $20 billion across her pages and interviews, she does not say what they measure, and the company’s own revenue peaked at $1.6 billion in 2018 as Forbes reported it.

What We Can and Can't Verify About Sarah Robbins' Net Worth

Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Sarah Robbins, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.

What the record does show is how well Sarah Robbins' income is documented, graded C+, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.

Who researched this dossier

This dossier on Sarah Robbins was researched and written by Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, from public and primary sources — the subject's own channels, filings and company documents where they exist — and every claim in it carries an evidence tag showing how strongly it is sourced.

It was reviewed before publication by Rob Fore, who checks each source against the document it came from and each allegation against its stage: an investigation is not a finding, a complaint is not a verdict, and a company-level record is not a personal one. TOP EARNERS is published by Listech, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

What this page does not claim. The income grade of C+ rates the strength of the public evidence about Sarah's earnings, not Sarah's earnings themselves, and not Sarah as a person. Where no primary document exists, this dossier says so rather than estimating.

The funnel, front to back

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.

Lead magnet 1: the S3 Playbook. A popup on sarahrobbins.com: "Want Sarah's Free Playbook For More Sales, Sponsoring, And Social Media Engagement?" Name, email and newsletter consent; button "Give Me The Goodies!" (Gravity Forms) VERIFIED.

Lead magnet 2: the Rockstar Prospecting Guide. Headline: "Get Access to My Rockstar Prospecting Guide that Allowed Me To Reach the Top 1% in My Industry… Without Relying On My Friends and Family OR Paid Ads". Its proof block says she built "a team of over 400,000 who do over a billion per year in sales"; that page gives no $2 billion figure VERIFIED. The page still carries ClickFunnels template sections and fourteen "Lorem ipsum" paragraphs VERIFIED.

The book funnel. "Pre-Order The Multiply Method™ Today and Get Over $1,200 in FREE Bonuses!": buy on Amazon, return, enter the order number. Stated bonus values: a Multiply Event virtual ticket ($750), a private launch team ($100), a workbook ($150), a Content To Cash Class ($200) and the S3 Playbook ($50), plus a raffle that includes a year of coaching ("Value $997") and two courses ($1,997 each) VERIFIED: book-bonuses page. A ClickFunnels template block for an unrelated "Secret Masterclass" is still on the page VERIFIED.

The book club. In the live launch: "When you pre-order five copies of the book … I'm actually going to give you six live coaching … sessions with me on the method for free", valued at "$800" VERIFIED: book video at 7:53, 12:25.

Front end to back end. Free playbook → newsletter → Multiply Membership ($97 a month or $997 a year) → Multiply Mastermind ($15,000, application, OnceHub scheduling) VERIFIED. The mastermind's stated stack includes strategy sessions ($10,000), "Live Mentoring with 8-Figure Industry Leaders" ($15,000) and an "In-Person Luxury Retreat in California" ($10,000; "*Just cover travel + hotel") VERIFIED.

Refunds and email. The refund-policy page reads "Non-Refundable" VERIFIED. No opt-in was made in this pass, so the email sequence is UNKNOWN.

The Shaklee funnel. The January 2025 Ageless open house closes on a time-limited enrollment offer: "this expires tomorrow … when you enroll with an order of $200 or more … you will get our free eye cream … use the code new 2025" VERIFIED: GKred7XNLlg at 47:57. Her team's playbook scripts a new ambassador's launch post ending "Comment 'INSIDER' below!" VERIFIED.

You can see the shape of it. That is deliberate.

Count the rows. 14 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.

The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.

Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.

Bottom line - the free half tells you where Sarah shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.

Think about that. Then decide.

What this page can and can't tell you

This dossier documents how Sarah makes money and how the operation runs — sourced, dated, and tagged VERIFIED CORROBORATED INFERRED UNKNOWN so you can see the strength of every claim rather than taking ours.

What it deliberately does not do is tell you whether to join anything. The honest questions are the boring ones:

  • Is the income evidence any good? Sarah's grade is C+ — Nothing we inspected attaches a dollar figure to her personally. Rodan + Fields published disclosures in which its highest earners made seven figures a year, and a 2011 video title, a 2013 consultant profile and podcast hosts all put her in that group, so six figures or more in that era is probable. Her rank at Shaklee appears in no source we found, and neither does her pay there. She has not published revenue for the coaching programs or the books.. A low grade means weak documentation, not weak earnings.
  • Is the edge transferable to you? The Playbook tab has the channel map and the funnel. Read it and ask what Sarah had that you don't — an existing audience is the usual answer, and it is usually the whole answer.
  • Are they still doing it? Check the Latest Feed tab. A quiet channel and a loud pitch are different things.

We take a commission on some links on this site, disclosed where they appear. That is exactly why the grade and the caution flag are not for sale — how we work.
