Verified Fact Card

Disclosure: the editor is a Traffic Authority affiliate
Rob Fore, the editor of topearners.net, holds a live Traffic Authority affiliate account that has paid him $93,130.40 over its lifetime (see the founder page). Neer's own program is sold by Traffic Authority, and the leaderboard figures on this page were read from the editor's account on 29 Sep 2026. Readers without an account cannot check them, so screenshots are kept on file.
VERIFIED
Disclosure: the editor was a List Leverage affiliate
Rob Fore held an affiliate position in List Leverage, the program Neer is credited with creating, and ended it about three years ago. As a member in 2019 he led an unpaid glass walk at a List Leverage members-only event, published on that program's YouTube channel on 11 Nov 2019 under a title naming both men.
VERIFIED
Disclosure: the editor's quote is on Neer's sales page
Neer's current Speed Wealth sales page shows a testimonial card headed Rob Fore, reading in part "his campaigns work for you, its seriously some easy money". The page states no connection between the two. The editor confirms the words are his, given without payment years ago about Neer's email campaigns. He did not write it about Speed Wealth.
VERIFIED
Disclosure: a past acquaintance
The editor describes Neer as someone he knew in the List Leverage years, with no contact or business between them today.
VERIFIED
Traffic Authority: first place, $16,277.60, last year
On Traffic Authority's member-only leaderboard, Neer holds the top spot on the Last Year tab at $16,277.60, ahead of Joel Therien ($5,322.90) and Mack Mills ($4,385.30, fourth). He is not in the all-time top ten. The company does not say what the figure counts or which twelve months it covers.
VERIFIED
Digital Altitude: spotlighted, paid, not a party
Digital Altitude promoted him as an "APEX CLIMBER" with $95,536 in team sales, and its bank records show it paying a Matthew Neer in 2016. The FTC sued the company in January 2018 and a court halted it on 1 Feb 2018. Neer was not a defendant or a named party in that case, and no finding concerns him.
VERIFIED
Three of his four headline claims rest on his word alone
The seven-figure, ClickBank Platinum and 100,000-customer lines appear only on his own pages; no network or company record names him for any of them. The count of 20-plus offers does hold up: more than 20 dated launches exist from 2011 to 2023. None is documented as a best seller.
VERIFIED
A monthly plan that says it has no continuity
Speed Wealth bills $49.99 every month through Digistore24, and its sales letter tells readers there is "NO hidden 'continuity program'". The same letter still shows an offer deadline of 14 Mar 2025.
VERIFIED
The company on his pages no longer exists
Florida administratively dissolved Digital Bankroll LLC on 27 Sep 2024. His Speed Wealth checkout and the Digital Bankroll site still name it.
VERIFIED
Public reach is small and quiet
His biggest public account is a 7,812-follower Facebook page. YouTube (3.48K subscribers) last posted on 7 Sep 2023 and Instagram last posted a reel on 4 Oct 2024.

Executive Summary

Disclosure first. The editor of this site, Rob Fore, has four ties to Matthew Neer, and all four are stated here before anything else. He is a live Traffic Authority affiliate, paid $93,130.40 over the life of the account, and the company sells Neer’s program; the leaderboard figures below come from the editor’s own account screen VERIFIED. He was a List Leverage affiliate until about 2023, and in November 2019 he led an unpaid glass walk at a List Leverage members-only event that the program’s channel published under a title naming both men VERIFIED. His own words are on Neer’s live Speed Wealth sales letter, in a card headed “Rob Fore” that reads “… his campaigns work for you, its seriously some easy money, you should pay attention…”. The page says nothing about how the two know each other. The editor gave that quote unpaid, years ago, about Neer’s email campaigns; it was not about Speed Wealth VERIFIED, editor’s statement and page check of 29 Sep 2026. Today he calls Neer a past acquaintance, with no contact or dealings VERIFIED, editor’s statement.

Matthew Neer has sold information products online since March 2009, when his YouTube channel opened and matthewneer.com was registered VERIFIED. Between 2011 and 2023 he released more than 20 dated products on five marketplaces (Digistore24, JVZoo, WarriorPlus, ClickBank and ClickSure). Most sold for $10 to $49, and other marketers promoted them for commissions of 50% to 100% plus cash prizes VERIFIED. His current product is Speed Wealth, $49.99 a month on Digistore24, with four upsells that bring a full first-month order to $891.99 VERIFIED arithmetic on the live prices. The entry page his TikTok bio links to says “72.6% of Americans who used it reported to earn up to $3,793.27 profit (each day)” and names no survey behind the number VERIFIED. The sales letter tells buyers there is “NO hidden ‘continuity program’” while its own price boxes say “/mo” VERIFIED.

His program sits inside Traffic Authority’s company. List Leverage, which its own company page calls his creation, contracts with Streamlined Marketing Systems, Inc., the firm that also owns Traffic Authority VERIFIED. Traffic Authority’s homepage sells List Leverage today, including a pack of his email swipes for $247 VERIFIED. He keeps a Traffic Authority sponsor account in his own name VERIFIED, and in a 2022 interview he refers to Traffic Authority co-founder Greg Chambers, #12 in this series, as “my partner greg” VERIFIED, XHX8-aY6iec at 16:29. Chambers’ testimonial appears on digitalbankroll.com VERIFIED.

Is $100K+/yr verifiable? No. He calls himself a “7 Figure Earner” and a “ClickBank Platinum Vendor” with “100,000+ Customers Worldwide” VERIFIED as his words. None of those three lines has an outside record behind it UNKNOWN. ClickBank’s Platinum tier requires $250,000 of gross ClickBank sales in one calendar year, which measures sales, not pay, and no ClickBank source names him VERIFIED rule; UNKNOWN status. Three records from other parties do carry figures. Traffic Authority’s member-only leaderboard puts him first for the last year at $16,277.60 and outside its all-time top ten VERIFIED. A Digital Altitude graphic credits him with $95,536 of what the company called “total team sales” VERIFIED. FTC-filed bank records show that company paying a Matthew Neer $3,923.14 across three legible 2016 entries VERIFIED entries; the match to him INFERRED. The only public launch counts found, JVZoo’s for his 2016 Operation $10K product (sold under his co-host’s account), show “500+” front-end sales at a $17.70 average VERIFIED. The documented money runs to tens of thousands of dollars.

On caution. This profile is not flagged caution. Digital Altitude, a business-coaching company that promoted Neer as a top producer, was sued by the FTC in January 2018 and halted by a court order on 1 Feb 2018; in 2019 its officers agreed to orders that included a $54 million judgment, suspended once they surrendered about $1.9 million VERIFIED, FTC releases. Neer was not a defendant and is not named as a party anywhere in that case. His name surfaces only as a payee inside a bank exhibit VERIFIED. No court, regulator or Better Business Bureau file we searched names him as a party VERIFIED negative, within scope. A 2021 California order against a company called Bankroll Capital, Inc. concerns a different business and is not about him VERIFIED.

The Edge

The list is the business [MEDIUM replicability]. For more than a decade he ran the same cycle. He built a low-priced product, published a joint-venture page with the launch date, network, commission and contest prizes, and recruited other list owners to mail it. Every buyer joined his list, which then heard about the next launch VERIFIED launch records; INFERRED cycle. He describes the method on camera as buying email ads, building a list, selling solo ads, and promoting offers to that list VERIFIED, 2019 livestream. From 2012 to 2016 he also sold clicks to his own list, at $50 for 100 in 2012 VERIFIED.

The upgrade was a platform that grew the list for him. List Leverage, launched in 2014 and tied into Traffic Authority by 2019, signed every new member up to the newsletters of featured members, with Neer listed at Level 1 VERIFIED, 2019 home page. It is the longest-lived thing he built, running for about nine years.

The websites are disposable; the domains are not. He has held matthewneer.com for 17 years and gojoinnow.com for 16, and he points them at whatever is current. One join domain has fronted a Traffic Authority pre-launch, List Leverage, and now an Affiliate Mentor webinar VERIFIED. Meanwhile the pages decay: his personal site is an unedited opt-in template with a placeholder testimonial from “Dude Jones, Founder of Potato Gun Slingers LLC”, and most links on digitalbankroll.com return errors VERIFIED.

What not to copy. The proof habits are the lesson here, not the template: a live commission screen on camera with no typical result beside it, partners’ testimonials shown as customer results with no connection stated, an unsourced “72.6%” statistic, and an affiliate headline promising “Up To $891 Per Sale” on a page whose own math pays $445.50 VERIFIED. A reader modeling the launch calendar should publish the typical result or none.

Score Note

This is an editor-selected dossier, #66. It scores 41, Tier 3, cohort Affiliate.

Why 41. Income scores 12/40. The grade is C, and no annual income can be verified. He does hold first place on a company leaderboard. That board’s top figure is $16,277.60, so first place here reflects a modest sum, and the 14-point band for a top rank does not fit it. Audience scores 10/30. His largest public account has 7,812 followers, and no account reaches 10,000. Added together, his seven Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts come to roughly 23,900, but that sum counts one audience several times. Activity scores 12/20. The leaderboard shows selling within the last year, and the Speed Wealth affiliate contest is dated 2026. Against that, nothing public has been posted since October 2024, and most of his own pages no longer load. Value scores 7/10. The joint-venture launch calendar, the list-share platform and the reuse of domains are documented from primary pages and can be copied. His compliance record is useful mainly as a warning.

Figures that do not agree. Counts of his MunchEye launches differ by one (16 or 17); this page says “more than 20” only for the fuller dated list. Joel Therien’s testimonial figure differs between Neer’s site ($300K) and Therien’s own words on camera ($260K); neither figure is used here as evidence about Neer.

What We Can and Can't Verify About Matthew Neer's Net Worth

Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Matthew Neer, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.

What the record does show is how well Matthew Neer's income is documented, graded C, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.

Who researched this dossier

This dossier on Matthew Neer was researched and written by Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, from public and primary sources — the subject's own channels, filings and company documents where they exist — and every claim in it carries an evidence tag showing how strongly it is sourced.

It was reviewed before publication by Rob Fore, who checks each source against the document it came from and each allegation against its stage: an investigation is not a finding, a complaint is not a verdict, and a company-level record is not a personal one. TOP EARNERS is published by Listech, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

What this page does not claim. The income grade of C rates the strength of the public evidence about Matthew's earnings, not Matthew's earnings themselves, and not Matthew as a person. Where no primary document exists, this dossier says so rather than estimating.

($99), "Digital Millionaire University" ("Full Retail Price $499 / Add To Order $249 Today!") VERIFIED. The order of the upsells after a real purchase was not walked INFERRED from "Step 2/4" labels and the affiliate page.

What $49.99 a month buys, as stated. Members Area ($97 value), SW Software System ($500), Video Training Library ($300), "SW 500 Per Day Case Study" ($1,000), Affiliate Master Class ($500), Landing Pages ($700); stated total "$3,097 of Actionable value!", which the six items do add to VERIFIED arithmetic. The "4 Different Income Streams" are never named on a public page; step 2 of the method is "CONNECT INCOME STREAMS - We let you chose from a variety of different income streams", behind the member login UNKNOWN. This is the most important unwalked step, because it may route buyers into Traffic Authority or List Leverage.

Proof claims on the sales letter (all unsubstantiated on the page). "I have the benefit of generating over 100,000+ customers worldwide"; "George Ball ... Is Now Making 100K/Mo Consistently"; "Meet Joel Therien Who Got Over 90K With Us!"; "over 2,000 people downloaded it at that price" ($99); "It costs me just over $40.00 in advertising expense to sell one system"; "My commissions have been pouring in for over 10 years straight now"; lifestyle lines about Miami, a yacht charter and "a brand new Porsche convertible" VERIFIED as published. Endorser quotes are attributed to Joel Therien, Jason Capital, Rob Fore (the editor; see exec) and Jasdeep Jandu VERIFIED. At least three named endorsers on the Speed Wealth and Digital Bankroll pages are partners in, or affiliates of, the Traffic Authority and List Leverage system, and no page discloses any connection VERIFIED absence of disclosure text.

Guarantee and refunds. The Speed Wealth affiliate program. "Earn 50% Commissions, Up To $891 Per Sale", while the same page's funnel box reads "TOTAL REVENUE = $891 TOTAL COMMISSIONS = $445.50": the headline doubles the page's own commission figure VERIFIED. The 2023 version ("Up To $944 Per Sale" against a $1,888 funnel with a $997 step) was internally consistent VERIFIED. Contest 2026: $1,000 / $500 / $250 / $100 / $50; 2023: $3,000 / $1,000 / $500 / $250 / $250 VERIFIED. Digistore24 trusted-badge IDs 37589 and 37590 VERIFIED.

You can see the shape of it. That is deliberate.

Count the rows. 12 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.

The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.

Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.

Bottom line - the free half tells you where Matthew shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.

Think about that. Then decide.

Unlock Matthew's full playbook

All 18 sections: complete funnel teardown, replication-grade voice and style guide, the tool stack with what is used versus what is promoted, operating budget line items, the handoff-ready daily/weekly/monthly SOP, and the 90-day replication roadmap. Same evidence discipline as the free half - every claim tagged, every number sourced, and where we do not know, it says so.

What this page can and can't tell you

This dossier documents how Matthew makes money and how the operation runs — sourced, dated, and tagged VERIFIED CORROBORATED INFERRED UNKNOWN so you can see the strength of every claim rather than taking ours.

What it deliberately does not do is tell you whether to join anything. The honest questions are the boring ones:

  • Is the income evidence any good? Matthew's grade is C — Three records he did not write put numbers next to his name. Traffic Authority's member-only leaderboard ranks him first for the last year at $16,277.60 and leaves him out of its all-time top ten, where tenth place is $174,943.60 (read from the editor's affiliate account on 29 Sep 2026). A promotional image from Digital Altitude shows $95,536 beside his name, a number the company itself described as total team sales. Bank records the FTC filed in its 2018 Digital Altitude case list payments to a Matthew Neer in late 2016, three of them legible for $3,923.14 in all; the match to him is inferred, and he was not a party to that case. None of these is an income statement. His headline lines (seven-figure earner, ClickBank Platinum, 100,000 customers) appear only on his own pages. A 17-year record makes six figures in some years plausible, not verifiable.. A low grade means weak documentation, not weak earnings.
  • Is the edge transferable to you? The Playbook tab has the channel map and the funnel. Read it and ask what Matthew had that you don't — an existing audience is the usual answer, and it is usually the whole answer.
  • Are they still doing it? Check the Latest Feed tab. A quiet channel and a loud pitch are different things.

We take a commission on some links on this site, disclosed where they appear. That is exactly why the grade and the caution flag are not for sale — how we work.
