Keaton Walker is an affiliate marketer and creator, active since 2019. Role on record: YouTube educator and HighLevel affiliate; founder of Streamlyne (white-label HighLevel) and host of "What's Working with Keaton Walker", Keaton Walker LLC (Utah); Streamlyne LLC (Utah); formerly OrthoPatients (sold 2023). Top Earners grades how well Keaton Walker's income is documented at B-. The grade measures the evidence, not how much Keaton Walker earns, and every claim in this dossier carries an evidence tag.
Disclosure first. Rob Fore, who edits topearners.net, is an active GoHighLevel affiliate. Keaton Walker earns most of his income as a GoHighLevel affiliate, under the referral code fp_ref=vmuk5 that appears 296 times across his video descriptions, and he resells HighLevel under his own brand, Streamlyne VERIFIED. Because HighLevel credits each account to one affiliate, the two compete for the same referrals, and the editor has a financial interest in this platform. The findings below are held to the same evidence standard as every other profile in the series. Two of his descriptions (17 Feb 2024 and 28 Jan 2025) also link a systeme.io-hosted page that carries no visible affiliate code; systeme.io is another of the editor’s live positions VERIFIED. None of the editor’s other positions appears in his descriptions, pages or transcripts, and he has never mentioned the editor VERIFIED negative within scope.
Keaton Walker is a Utah HighLevel affiliate and educator who runs his business from one YouTube channel, @ItsKeaton (UCROsCSoY7I_QZuS4QGQckOA, created 21 Oct 2019). The channel shows 83,400 subscribers, rounded at source, and 6.86 million lifetime views; it gained about 23,600 subscribers and 3.03 million views in the 12 months to 10 Oct 2026 VERIFIED, about page and vidIQ. By his own account he sold door to door for two years from 2016, ran marketing for his family’s swim school from 2018, left college in 2019, and built OrthoPatients, a Facebook-ads and appointment-setting agency for orthodontists VERIFIED that he says it. He adopted HighLevel for that agency in February 2020, grew it with a partner to about $80,000 a month, and sold it in early 2023 in what he calls “a sub 1 million dollar sale”; orthopatients.com now redirects to an orthodontic marketing firm, HIP Creative VERIFIED that he says it; redirect VERIFIED; buyer INFERRED.
How the model works. He publishes HighLevel tutorials, agency advice and, since late 2025, long interviews with agency owners titled by their revenue: 25 long-form uploads in the 90 days to 11 Oct 2026, plus Shorts near daily VERIFIED. Every description opens with “30-Day Free Trial of HighLevel + $8324 in Bonuses”, his affiliate link, an upgrade link for existing HighLevel users, and a link to his Skool community, the HighLevel Guild VERIFIED, 287 of 289 long-form descriptions. The bonuses are his own course library, HighLevel templates called snapshots, biweekly group calls and an onboarding call, the same material he sold for about $2,000 to $8,000 in 2023 VERIFIED that he says it. He closed his $200-a-week paid community in July 2024 “to just focus on affiliate marketing”, and HighLevel now pays him 40% of each referred subscription for as long as the customer keeps paying VERIFIED that he says it; terms VERIFIED.
What he earns, by his own report. His itemized 2024 report (“How Much Money I Made on YouTube in 2024”, 16 Jan 2025) gives revenue of about $1.0 million: about $772,000 from HighLevel commissions, coaching $84,316, AdSense $39,418, agency clients $28,800, courses $26,988 and Streamlyne about $12,000, with a team costing about $15,000 a month VERIFIED that he says it; several figures read through garbled auto-captions. In July 2026 he described the business as $120,000 a month of revenue and about $90,000 a month of profit, earned “primarily through the highle affiliate program” VERIFIED that he says it. No HighLevel leaderboard, filing or press report confirms any of it VERIFIED negative within scope. Income grade B-.
What the “$509K/mo” title measures. “He Makes $509K/mo Selling GoHighLevel AI Websites” (16 Jul 2026, 97,795 views) is an interview with Kai Stone of Stone Systems. The number is the guest company’s self-reported gross monthly recurring revenue: $470,000 when it was recorded, “surpassed $500,000 a month” by publication, from about 1,300 clients paying $297 VERIFIED, transcript. It is one month, gross, not profit, and not Walker’s income. The description’s first link is the guest’s Skool group carrying Walker’s Skool referral code, and the second is his HighLevel link VERIFIED. His own round totals need the same care: “I Made $1.5M With GoHighLevel” (18 May 2023) says “no it wasn’t as an affiliate”, meaning the agency’s service revenue, and the “$5M” of July 2026 is cumulative gross revenue since 2019, partnership revenue included VERIFIED that he says it; INFERRED for the $5M arithmetic.
Where he is strong and where he skates. He reports weak years alongside good ones (agency take-home of about $102,314 in 2021) and tells viewers to “click off this video if you’re just trying to get rich quick” VERIFIED that he says it. Against that, none of his 25 long-form descriptions in the trailing 90 days says in plain words that he earns a commission, though 95 older ones did; his one bonus stack is valued at $8,321, $8,324 and $8,391 on different pages; and his community shows four direct prices across three pages VERIFIED. His audience is beginners deciding whether to start a HighLevel agency, existing users stuck on the software, and agency owners at $10,000 to $50,000 a month VERIFIED from titles and offers.
On caution. This profile is not flagged caution. CourtListener (eight name and entity queries) and SEC EDGAR full text name neither him nor his companies; every hit is another person, including a 2012 Form D filed when he was about 14 VERIFIED negative within scope. The FTC site search was blocked from the research machine UNKNOWN. The disclosure gaps above are compliance hygiene, not an adjudicated or regulator matter.
“The bonus is the business” [PARTIALLY REPLICABLE]. HighLevel pays affiliates 40% of a referred customer’s subscription every month the customer stays, and its agreement does not reassign customers after 90 days VERIFIED, affiliate agreement. Walker buys that affiliate-of-record position with education instead of ads. He gives away the courses, snapshots and group coaching he once sold, but only to buyers who join or upgrade through his link, and he recovers attribution when it fails: a troubleshooting page hands buyers a script asking HighLevel support to “manually add me as his affiliate” VERIFIED. The bonuses teach members to resell HighLevel to their own clients, which keeps their accounts in use, and he names that logic himself: “we’re going to retain people much longer and they’re going to use the software more” (13 Apr 2024) VERIFIED that he says it.
Why it holds. He owns a large share of HighLevel tutorial search, with 132 HighLevel-titled long-form videos and four tutorials above 100,000 views, led by “FREE Course: Master GoHighLevel in 1-Hour” (13 Jul 2023, 300,196 views) VERIFIED counts. Since January 2026 a second engine runs beside it: revenue-titled interviews, whose outliers line up with his subscriber surges (+2,400 in early January, +1,800 in late July) VERIFIED counts; INFERRED link. He chose recurring income over coaching on purpose, preferring “being able to count on next month being X amount” to coaching where “you’ve still got to start at zero” VERIFIED that he says it. Behind the teaching sits an operator credential few rivals have: a HighLevel-based agency he ran at $80,000 a month and sold VERIFIED that he says it.
What a newcomer can copy. The structure is copyable: a bonus stack on a custom HighLevel landing page (allowed after 30 affiliate subscribers, by his account), tutorial-first content, an upgrade-capture page, an attribution-rescue page and an interview series VERIFIED mechanics; INFERRED replicability. His timing is not: he started HighLevel tutorials in late 2021, when few creators covered the tool, and the field is now crowded INFERRED. A late entrant should take a narrow slice of HighLevel (one industry’s snapshot, or one feature such as AI voice agents) where search is still thin, sell one working system to a real client before teaching, put a plain commission disclosure first in every description, label every revenue figure as gross, recurring, profit or a guest’s, and value bonuses honestly. The weak point is dependence on two platforms he does not control: YouTube for traffic and HighLevel for about three quarters of revenue, under commission terms HighLevel reserves the right to change VERIFIED terms; INFERRED risk.

This dossier scores 75, Tier 2, cohort Affiliate. He promotes one software company’s affiliate program as his main business, so the cohort fits without adjustment, and the model label “HighLevel affiliate educator” names what he runs.
Income: 28/40. The evidence is his own itemized, multi-year report, with expenses and taxes, covering 2020 to 2024 VERIFIED that he says it. The arithmetic holds: $772,000 of commissions in 2024 is about $64,300 a month, which at HighLevel’s published 40% implies about $160,800 a month of referred subscriptions, roughly 540 accounts at $297 or 800 at a $200 blend; his remark that “the high level dashboard is like 650” sits inside that range INFERRED. Point statements made months apart (“almost $50,000” in March 2024, “like 80k” in September 2024) climb toward the year-end total VERIFIED that he says it; INFERRED reconciliation. Docked because no HighLevel record, filing or third party confirms an amount, the on-screen figures were not inspected, and the auto-captions corrupt several 2024 numbers.
Audience: 20/30. 83,400 subscribers (rounded), 6.86 million lifetime views, about 3.03 million views and 23,600 new subscribers in 12 months, 444,862 channel views in the 30 days to 10 Oct 2026, and 1,410 Skool members across two groups VERIFIED. Docked because the audience is mid-sized for the series and concentrated on YouTube; his newsletter figure (“15,516+ Dominators”) is his own VERIFIED that he says it.
Activity: 19/20. 25 long-form uploads in the trailing 90 days, the latest on 8 Oct 2026, plus Shorts near daily through 11 Oct and 65 podcast episodes to 7 Oct 2026 VERIFIED. Long-form output has risen every year since 2022 VERIFIED.
Value: 8/10. A replicable, well-documented affiliate model taught with candid numbers and an anti-hype voice. Docked for the missing plain-words commission disclosure in current descriptions and for inconsistent bonus values and community prices.
Three facts behind the score. (1) HighLevel commissions are about three quarters of his revenue, about $772,000 of roughly $1.0 million in 2024 by his itemized report. (2) His product is given away to win attribution: the course, templates and coaching he once sold are free to anyone who joins or upgrades HighLevel through his link. (3) The “$509K/mo” figure is a guest’s company revenue, not his income; his own round totals are gross revenue, not personal earnings.
Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Keaton Walker, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.
What the record does show is how well Keaton Walker's income is documented, graded B-, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.
All 18 sections: complete funnel teardown, replication-grade voice & style guide, operating budget line items, the handoff-ready daily/weekly/monthly SOP, and the 90-day replication roadmap.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.
The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.
Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.
Bottom line - the free half tells you where Keaton shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.
Think about that. Then decide.
