Justin Prince is a network marketer, active since 2012. Role on record: Co-founder, MAKE Wellness; ex-Modere top earner (2013–2023), MAKE Wellness (Salt Lake City, UT). Top Earners grades how well Justin Prince's income is documented at B+. The grade measures the evidence, not how much Justin Prince earns, and every claim in this dossier carries an evidence tag.
Justin Prince is not a Modere distributor anymore. He is a founder-operator — one of six named co-founders of MAKE Wellness, prelaunched August 1, 2024 and fully launched that October VERIFIED. He was Modere’s top-earning field leader from April 2013 until his termination by email on October 12, 2023, the night before a commission run he describes as in the hundreds of thousands of dollars VERIFIED — his own account, corroborated by both complaints.
Litigation and company record, stated precisely. Two reciprocal civil suits were filed in October 2023 in the Fourth Judicial District Court in and for Utah County, State of Utah. Modere’s own complaint alleged breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of non-compete and non-solicitation covenants, seeking an injunction barring competition for six months. Prince filed his own complaint the same month against Modere and its private-equity owners, alleging wrongful termination and retention of earned commissions. Neither case number was obtained — Utah’s Fourth Judicial District sits outside PACER/RECAP/CourtListener, and the state’s XChange portal is paywalled — and no adjudication against Prince has been located in either matter VERIFIED. What is independently verified: Modere announced immediate closure after 23 years on April 11–12, 2025, and its parent entities — Maple Mountain Enterprises, Inc. (Case No. 25-13199) and Maple Mountain Group, Inc. (Case No. 25-13201), the exact plaintiffs in Modere’s suit against Prince — each filed Chapter 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada, on June 2, 2025 VERIFIED — CourtListener. No FTC, FDA, SEC, or state attorney-general action against Prince or MAKE Wellness has been located, a meaningful negative given MAKE operates in a peptide category under active federal scrutiny VERIFIED negatives.
The single most important number for scoring purposes comes from MAKE Wellness’s own 2025 Annual Earnings Disclosure: 44.29% of affiliates earned nothing in 2025, 93.458% averaged $86.82/year, and roughly 0.176% — about one in every 568 — averaged $100,000 or more VERIFIED, primary PDF. Prince’s own income does not come from that distribution. It comes from founder equity in a company that reported $104M in year-one revenue and won Direct Selling News’s Bravo Growth Award in June 2026 VERIFIED — DSN.
Not a caution case. Prince is a civil defendant in a non-compete/non-solicitation suit with no adjudication located, filed alongside his own affirmative suit against the same plaintiffs — plaintiffs now in Chapter 7 liquidation. This series treats that fact pattern the way it treated Dossier #27 (Ray Higdon’s business partner’s closed SEC matter): stated precisely in the body, not flagged as a headline caution.
Income grade: B+, not A. The company’s success is VERIFIED at primary-document strength — DSN figures, a competent published earnings disclosure, an internally consistent unit-economics check. Prince’s personal take-home is INFERRED from founder-equity reasoning and Modere-era anchors (a corroborated ~$300,000 commission run lost the night of his termination, a self-disclosed ~$100,000/month legal spend sustained for nearly a year), not documented in any filing.
The Belief Transfer at Founder Scale. Prince states the mechanism himself, in nearly identical words four years apart: “recruiting is a transfer of belief” (2021) and, in 2025, “my superpower is that people may not believe what I believe, but they’ll believe that I believe what I believe.” Everything downstream — the named-strawman recruiting scripts, the deadline mechanic he names out loud as “arbitrary urgency,” the daily-pay comp design — is delivery infrastructure for that one transfer.
The structural core is that he stopped renting. After eleven years building a roughly 60,000-person downline inside a cap table he did not control, he learned by email, the night before payday, what that meant — and converted the loss into founder equity within eleven months. That conversion, not the persuasion technique, is why $104M happened, and it leaned on a co-founder roster (Truman Hunt, ex-Nu Skin CEO; Justin Serra and Robert Finigan, both ex-Modere executives) that supplied instant institutional credibility a solo late-entrant cannot buy. What is fully replicable: naming your own persuasion mechanics out loud, portable belief over a portable list, and a same-day-pay comp mechanic. What is not: the specific co-founder roster and the category-timing luck of “Bioactive Precision Peptides™” landing just as GLP-1 drugs made “peptide” consumer-legible — a late entrant needs a different tailwind, not this one.
Prince begins in August 2012 as a consultant to Neways’ then-CEO/Chairman; Modere is “ultimately born” from that work, and he becomes a Modere distributor in April 2013 VERIFIED — both complaints. By 2019 he has built a roughly 60,000-person downline and is Modere’s top marketer; 2021 is described in his own account as Modere’s biggest revenue year ever. Warning signs surface through 2023 — a May Belize meeting where Modere’s CEO privately flags debt obligations, an August Newport Beach meeting warning of looming bankruptcy — before Prince and co-executive Justin Serra are both terminated by email on October 12, 2023, the same month reciprocal lawsuits are filed in Utah’s Fourth Judicial District Court VERIFIED.
Be the One publishes in 2023; his podcast launches February 2024. MAKE Wellness prelaunches August 1, 2024 — its initial mandatory-purchase term is removed August 30, 2024 after public criticism — and fully launches that October, selling $7.2M in five days against a $400K projection VERIFIED — DSN. A podcast blackout follows during peak launch scale (December 2024–January 2025). Modere closes April 11–12, 2025, and its parent entities file Chapter 7 on June 2, 2025 VERIFIED. MAKE reports $104M in year-one revenue in October 2025, Prince publishes his first public account of the collapse in December 2025 (“What really happened with Mōdere”), and MAKE wins DSN’s Bravo Growth Award in June 2026 VERIFIED.
82 / Tier 1. Scored by this dossier: income 34/40 (DSN-verified $104M year-one company revenue and a Bravo Growth Award, a corroborated Modere-era ~$300,000 commission anchor, and a self-disclosed ~$100,000/month legal spend — deducted from a perfect score only because Prince’s personal take-home is inferred, not documented), audience 19/30 (a small and decaying personal YouTube channel — 14.7K subscribers, ~97% view decay from 2021 peak to 2026 — offset by a real Simon & Schuster-distributed book and genuine industry-press standing), activity 19/20 (verifiable, dated, ongoing output — podcast through 2026-04-16, YouTube through 2026-05-03, a live company operating at nine-figure scale), and value 10/10 (the comp plan PDF, the earnings disclosure, and a self-narrated recruiting SOP are all publicly retrievable primary documents).
Three facts behind the score. (1) Cohort/role. Prince is not a Modere-cohort distributor. He is a founder-operator; he has not been a distributor for any company since October 2023, and Modere no longer exists. (2) Company status. Modere is defunct — closed April 2025, its parent entities in Chapter 7 since June 2025 — not a going concern to model against. (3) Personal domain. justinprince.co is dead (HTTP 525 SSL handshake failure, only three lifetime Wayback captures) — the correct, live personal-brand domain is iamjustinprince.com, registered since 2012 and active through 2026-09-02.
Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Justin Prince, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.
What the record does show is how well Justin Prince's income is documented, graded B+, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.
All 18 sections: complete funnel teardown, replication-grade voice & style guide, operating budget line items, the handoff-ready daily/weekly/monthly SOP, and the 90-day replication roadmap.

The operating half of the file. Not who Justin is — the Dossier tab covers that — but how the machine runs: every channel and the job it does, then the whole path from stranger to buyer. Pulled from Justin's own public assets, dated, and free in full.
11 properties. Each row is the job that asset does in the machine, and the evidence it is still doing it.

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.
Funnel A — personal brand (iamjustinprince.com). Entry is organic/direct. The only opt-in is the "Defeat Distraction & Explode Your Productivity" on-demand workshop (Name/Email required, Phone optional — a deliberately soft capture). Free tier at /tools-and-training/: a productivity workshop, a Breakthrough Business Presentation Template, an Ignite Your Recruiting Cheatsheet, and an Ignite Your Recruiting Virtual Training — three of the four are recruiting-adjacent, creating a message-match mismatch against the productivity-framed homepage opt-in. Paid tier at /courses/: The Productivity Multiplier, Present Like A Pro Pack, Total Recruiting Blueprint, Network Marketing Breakthrough Blueprint — no prices published anywhere on the page VERIFIED.
Funnel B — MAKE Wellness enrollment path (meet.makewellness.com → makewellness.com). Three declared steps: "1. Join for Free — Sign up in minutes. No cost. No pressure. 2. Get Your Referral Link. 3. Start Earning." Enrollment lands at /account/register; the shop sits at /MAKEshop/shopping/itemlist. A site-wide promo banner at capture read "Spend $150+ in a single order and receive a FREE HYDRATED Grapefruit through Aug. 31!" — a threshold-lift AOV mechanic. The Launch Box is listed under "What You Get" with the parenthetical "(requires purchase)" VERIFIED.
Kit and price history — the pay-to-play reversal. The Launch Box is the direct descendant of the original "Founder's Box," which BehindMLM flagged in August 2024 as pay-to-play. MAKE removed the mandatory-purchase requirement on/around 2024-08-30 and replaced it with a benefit-differential: pre-orderers got early selling access (Nov 1–15) versus general access (Nov 16). The current site says "No mandatory purchases. No hidden fees" while the Launch Box is still gated "(requires purchase)" — both statements are technically true; the tension is the design VERIFIED — before/after T&C text.
The book funnel. *Be the One* (2023, with Clay Manley) sells through standard Simon & Schuster distribution and Audible, narrated by Prince — a rung on the personal-brand ladder entirely disconnected from the MAKE funnel VERIFIED.
The podcast funnel. *The Justin Prince Show* on Buzzsprout carries zero sponsor markers across its full 59-episode run — it is unmonetized by advertising and functions as pure belief-building content that feeds the YouTube repurposing chain 2–3 weeks later, not a direct-response funnel VERIFIED — RSS.
The critical funnel gap. iamjustinprince.com does not link to MAKE Wellness anywhere — no banner, no nav item, no footer link, not even inside the lead magnet. Conversely, meet.makewellness.com/opportunity names and quotes Prince but does not link to his personal site. The recruiting handoff is human, not digital: neither the comp-plan video nor the peptide video states a URL in its CTA, which is deliberate upline-protection funnel design VERIFIED.
Everything above is public behavior you can go and verify yourself. What follows is the replication kit — how Justin talks, what Justin actually runs, and the routine that makes it repeat. You can see its shape here. The instructions are in the full dossier.
Fingerprinted from Justin's own page source, not copied off a recommendations page. Those two lists disagree more often than you would think.
| Cadence | What happens | Who runs it | Measured on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily | Operator | ≥4 contacts logged/day | |
| Daily | Ops analyst | Unattributed order rate < 2% | |
| 3x weekly | Operator | ≥12 voice memos/week; ≥25% reply rate | |
| Weekly | Founder | 1 episode/week shipped; zero missed weeks per quarter | |
| Weekly | Web ops | Open defects > 48h = 0 | |
| Weekly | Field leader | 30-day activation rate ≥ 35% | |
| Biweekly | Field leader | Script version incremented; ≥80% team adoption | |
| Monthly | Compliance officer | Non-compliant assets remediated within 7 days | |
| Monthly | Founder / CFO | Payout ratio held within stated band; zero-earner % trending down | |
| Quarterly | Founder | Council attendance ≥ 85%; ≥10 verbatim objections logged | |
| Quarterly | Web ops | 0 stale competitor keywords live; 0 duplicate uploads live |
Count the rows. 12 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.
That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.
The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.
Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.
Bottom line - the free half tells you where Justin shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.
Think about that. Then decide.
