Jenna Zwagil is a network marketer, active since 2014. Role on record: Talk Fusion promoter; consultant; hemp-brand founder; former MyDailyChoice Co-Founder and CMO, Talk Fusion (former MyDailyChoice co-founder). Top Earners grades how well Jenna Zwagil's income is documented at C. The grade measures the evidence, not how much Jenna Zwagil earns, and every claim in this dossier carries an evidence tag.
Disclosure first. Rob Fore, who edits topearners.net, was a MyDailyChoice affiliate in the past and has no position there now. Jenna Zwagil was one of the company’s co-founders and its chief marketing officer, and every income number attached to her name was earned there VERIFIED. Each company number on this page is taken from MyDailyChoice’s published income statements, a self-regulatory ruling, court filings or her own recorded words. The editor’s old tie did not shape any finding, and the evidence standard here is the same as on every other profile.
Jenna Zwagil built her name as the person whose health story became a product. By her account, a celiac diagnosis in 2014 sent her looking for CBD. She sold it from a Shopify store and a Facebook group, and in May 2017 the line became HempWorx inside MyDailyChoice, the company her then-husband Josh Zwagil had founded in November 2014 CORROBORATED: Direct Selling News 2019; TINA.org 2018. Trade coverage billed her Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, while she also earned as a “super affiliate”, the plan’s top rank VERIFIED. The company reported about $10 million in sales for 2017, $100 million for 2018 and $170 million for 2019 CORROBORATED: company and trade figures.
What the income documents allow. MyDailyChoice published two income disclosures. For its active U.S. affiliates from January 2017 to July 2018, no Super Affiliate was paid more than $142,791.30 in a month. In 2021 the top rank’s single months ran from $115,310.66 to $489,043.20 VERIFIED; neither names anyone. In a training posted to YouTube on 4 Apr 2019 by a third-party channel, she said her big-bonus months ran “between 250,000 to 450 thousands” VERIFIED. That range is above the company’s 2017–18 maximum and fits only its 2021 band INFERRED. The “$1,060,000 a month” that circulates is a Business For Home estimate, copied by software-vendor blogs; it is more than twice the largest month the company ever disclosed and appears in no company document VERIFIED source; INFERRED ratio. What she earns today is not public UNKNOWN.
The 2025 trading-bot role. In a presentation uploaded 4 Oct 2025, she said she joined Zater Capital in April 2025 as “corporate development head” and became CEO “as of August 1st” VERIFIED. The company’s own July 2025 pages sold yearly AI trading-bot licenses issued as NFTs. They advertised “daily revenue share percentages (up to 1.5%)”, which its risk warning called targets, on deposits from $99 to $21,499. Capital was locked for 30 days, with a 20% penalty for early withdrawal VERIFIED. By October she described a 180-day lock, a 30% penalty and a referral plan 14 levels deep VERIFIED. On 12 Dec 2025 she announced that she had resigned. She called the post “an interim CEO role for the new U.S. company” and wrote, “At no time did I have ownership, access to company funds, or involvement in financial operations” VERIFIED as her statement. The UK register tells a different story about the UK company: Zionix Global Ltd, incorporated 17 Sep 2025, lists her as the holder of its only share, its sole director and its sole person with significant control. As of 16 Oct 2026 no resignation has been filed and its annual confirmation statement is overdue VERIFIED. Her statement does not mention the UK company. Both records are shown here as they stand; this page draws no conclusion about intent.
The court and regulator record. Two civil cases name her. Both settled, and neither produced a ruling against her VERIFIED. In 2020 she and MyDailyChoice sued Bio-Reigns, Inc. in Orange County Superior Court, and Bio-Reigns cross-complained. The whole action was dismissed with prejudice on a request filed 22 Jan 2021 VERIFIED via a court-record aggregator; the court’s own papers were not read. In 2021 she was named a third-party defendant in My Daily Choice, Inc. v. Butler in federal court in Nevada. After a confidential settlement the case was dismissed without prejudice on 18 May 2022, with no ruling on the claims against her VERIFIED. A 2020 self-regulatory decision on MyDailyChoice’s income and product claims does not name her, and New Zealand’s 2025 caution about AkashX, a brand her site lists among those she built, is about the company VERIFIED. No regulator document naming her, Zionix or Zater turned up in the searches run VERIFIED as a search result, not proof of absence.
Where she stands now. MyDailyChoice posted a notice by May 2026 that it had stopped active operations VERIFIED. Her domain joinjenna.com forwards to a Talk Fusion sign-up page, but her website and link hub never mention Talk Fusion. They point to a hemp brand, Divine Earth Theory, “Launching 11.11”, a coffee affiliate link and consulting VERIFIED. Her YouTube channel has two public videos, and the podcast she hosted has been silent since September 2025 VERIFIED. Her own website names her the “#1 Income Earner” on Business For Home’s list “for 5+ years” VERIFIED as her claim. Business For Home’s own labels are “Nr.1 female top earner” in a 2020 press release and rank 40 on its lifetime estimate list VERIFIED. Her 2025 site also called her “Former CEO of MyDailyChoice” and an “INSTANT #1 New york times best seller”. Trade coverage lists her as CMO, with Josh Zwagil as CEO. Neither of her books appears on the New York Times lists checked: the weekly lists for spring 2021 and February to July 2024, and the monthly Business lists VERIFIED claim; not found on those lists.
A total-wealth figure for her circulates on other websites. Top Earners prints no net worth figure for anyone, because the public record does not show a person’s assets, debts or taxes.
The Testimony Engine [PARTIALLY REPLICABLE]. Her health story was also the product’s origin story, and she told it as a top-rank earner and a company executive married to the founder. It landed in the 2017–19 window, when hemp CBD was new to network marketing VERIFIED components. Direct Selling News recorded the start: she “put up a simple Shopify website and started a Facebook group”, and “within three months, her orders exceeded what she could handle on her own” VERIFIED as published. Prospects were buying her recovery and her paycheck together. Her 2019 trainings asked followers to watch “people that are exactly where you want to be” and to look at the “documentation” VERIFIED.
What copies and what does not. A newcomer can copy testimony-first content, a confessional voice, one product with one story, and duplication through team re-uploads of recorded trainings INFERRED. Nobody can copy the position. An ordinary affiliate does not get a chief marketing officer’s title and corporate support, and the CBD window and a 900% growth year will not come back VERIFIED facts; INFERRED judgment. The substitute is a customer result you are allowed to share, tied to one product you do not need to own, and an email list started on day one INFERRED.
The second act is the live test. Each vehicle since 2024 restarted the story without the product it was fused to: a prop-trading offer, a personal brand, the trading-bot CEO seat, Talk Fusion and a hemp launch. Her readable reach today is 3.87K YouTube subscribers, 35,500 TikTok followers and 9,237 on X. Her podcast and a planned six-week livestream series both stopped, and her link hub carries no recruiting link VERIFIED counts and dates. On this record the edge did not carry over to the later ventures INFERRED. The goals grew while the reach shrank. Talk Fusion’s December 2025 announcement set her target at “$2 million or more in monthly income*”, yet the company’s own plan caps team commissions at $50,000 a week, about $216,700 a month, and its policies bar promoters from claims of potential income VERIFIED quotes; INFERRED arithmetic. Its 2021 disclosure shows 29.03% of promoters earned nothing and 0.02% earned more than $200,000 VERIFIED.

This dossier scores 45, Tier 2, cohort MLM. The label “Story-first relauncher” describes the arc: one story built a company, and each later venture has restarted it.
Income: 20/40. Her 2019 description of $250,000 to $450,000 bonus months, read against the company’s own 2021 top-rank band, makes six-figure years around 2018 to 2021 very likely VERIFIED quote; INFERRED conclusion. If she held the top rank for all of 2021, her commissions that year fell between about $1.38 million and $5.87 million; no document says she did INFERRED. Docked because no record carries her name, the most repeated figure is an outside estimate the company’s disclosures contradict, and her current income is unknown VERIFIED; UNKNOWN.
Audience: 11/30. Readable owned reach is small: 3.87K YouTube subscribers with 7,832 lifetime views, 35,500 TikTok followers and 9,237 on X VERIFIED. Instagram, historically her largest channel by her own choice of link, could not be measured on 16 Oct 2026 UNKNOWN.
Activity: 6/20. No YouTube upload in the 90 days to 16 Oct 2026, and the podcast has been dormant since 11 Sep 2025 VERIFIED. A live consulting site and a hemp pre-launch keep her present VERIFIED.
Dossier value: 8/10. One of the clearest cases in the series of a story fused to one product, and of what happens to it once that product is gone INFERRED. It also carries strong lessons on income claims, on yield-bearing license programs, and on reading a company register beside a public statement VERIFIED examples. The 2025 program is the sharpest of them. A license sold with a daily revenue-share target, a locked deposit and a referral plan that credits fourteen levels of upline on each new deposit is a structure a replicator should never sell, whatever the outcome of any later inquiry VERIFIED terms; INFERRED rule. Her 2019 habit of pointing to the company’s disclosure while naming her own figures is the opposite lesson, and the one worth copying VERIFIED.
Three facts behind the score. (1) No caution flag. Two civil cases named her, both settled, and no court or regulator has ruled against her; the self-regulatory and New Zealand matters are company-level. (2) The income evidence is consistent but unnamed. Her own range fits the company’s 2021 disclosure, while the monthly figure most often quoted is a Business For Home estimate the company’s documents do not support. (3) The record after 2024 is a sequence of restarts. A trading-bot CEO seat that ended in a resignation, a UK company still in her name, a Talk Fusion link left off her own hubs, and a hemp launch set for November 2026.
Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Jenna Zwagil, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.
What the record does show is how well Jenna Zwagil's income is documented, graded C, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.
All 18 sections: complete funnel teardown, replication-grade voice & style guide, operating budget line items, the handoff-ready daily/weekly/monthly SOP, and the 90-day replication roadmap.

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.
Peak funnel (2017 to 2021). Company replicated sites and rotators fed enrollment packages into the binary; her 2019 script: "if you start a builder and they say that's too much then where you go from there right... I'm gonna come in as an executive" VERIFIED: 7H1kBkiU69c at 27:45. Fast-start math as Josh Zwagil explained it, quoted by TINA.org: "If you enrolled 10 people at the executive package, you would earn $100 times 10" VERIFIED as quoted.
The 2025 trading-bot funnel. A Dubai launch page on her own domain, archived 9 Oct 2025: "AI Crypto Revolution Launch... october 17-18, 2025 | Dubai | only 200 seats", with a session "Decoding the Zionix Business Model... our Trial, Starter, Pro, and Mastery kits" VERIFIED: Wayback. A November 2025 release priced a Phuket summit at $99 early-bird general admission and $599 early-bird VIP VERIFIED. On stage she said the company's legal work was handled by an MLM and crypto law firm, according to a co-presenter, and that "We can't make income claims" VERIFIED as spoken.
A 2025 affiliate page on her site. jennazwagil.com/join-jenna (archived 17 Sep 2025) offered "commissions up to 20% on every sale", three named testimonials and the figures "500+ Active Affiliates" and "$2.3M+ Commissions Paid Out" VERIFIED as published. Consulting and mentorship. A contact form "For company consulting, product development, and selective mentorship inquiries" and "Book a time directly on Jenna's calendar"; prices unpublished VERIFIED; prices UNKNOWN.
Divine Earth Theory. A pre-launch cart ("save your cart now, buy later"), "Subscribe & Save up to 20%", a free private community with an account, an affiliate program, and the lines "Some links shared by Divine Earth Theory ambassadors earn them a commission" and "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration" VERIFIED.

Count the rows. 13 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.
That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.
The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.
Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.
Bottom line - the free half tells you where Jenna shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.
Think about that. Then decide.
