Where he stands at RIMAN. A recap of RIMAN Roadmap 2025 in Las Vegas, posted on RIMAN’s Facebook page and mirrored on a third-party site, says “Mr. Hwang invited VP of Sales of Latin America, Ivan Tapia, to the stage”, and lists “Director Monika Tapia” among those recognized VERIFIED. Monika Tapia is his wife and business partner. He opens his RIMAN presentation with “Te saluda aquí Iván Tapia, vicepresidente de ventas de Riman” (“Iván Tapia, vice president of sales of Riman, greets you here”, translation) VERIFIED, 6QDZVLigWXk at 0:00. No published document says whether the title is a job, a contract or a field title UNKNOWN. NvisionU’s own About page listed him as “Co-Founder & President” beside David Imonitie VERIFIED, company page via cache.

When he joined IM. A Business For Home item that the site labels “Press Release” says he joined iMarketsLive on 1 November 2016 and reached its Chairman 50 rank in 66 days, “faster than any IBO in the history of the company”; that rank required “over $400,000 USD sales revenue to the company in a 31 day period” VERIFIED as published release. His own 2020 account puts the decision in October 2016 VERIFIED as his statement. IML’s 2022 state complaint alleges that he entered into an IBO Agreement on or about 19 December 2015 VERIFIED as IML’s allegation. Both dates have a source, and this file does not choose between them. The release supports calling him one of iMarketsLive’s fastest-rising leaders in 2016 and 2017, recruiting in Spanish; it does not support a ranking against other leaders.

How the machine runs. He posts a Spanish-language Short about every two days: 17 in the 30 days to 16 October and 48 since 29 July VERIFIED, watch pages. The page collects contact details, lists events from London (17–20 October) to San Juan (10 November), names no company, and carries no income disclaimer VERIFIED, live capture 16 Oct 2026. A monthly stream, “Escuela de Líderes”, trains the team for up to about seven hours a session, 13 sessions since 13 September 2025 VERIFIED. His RIMAN presentation and plan videos do the explaining. Beside the company income he runs OneBillion: a free community, a paid “OneBillion PLUS+” subscription, courses, events and a mastermind of up to five people with a monthly session with him VERIFIED, onebillion.com.

The income record. Nothing public states his earnings: no pay statement, no tax return and no company report VERIFIED negative within scope. A 2020 Vents Magazine profile quotes him: “in 2013 I earned my first $100,000 a month” VERIFIED as his statement. A podcast host introduced him in 2022 as closing 2021 with about $18 million in earnings; the public transcript does not show him confirming it VERIFIED as the host’s statement. His 2020 press trail is promotional: the Forbes India piece is “Brand Connect” content distributed by Digpu News Network, and its page says no Forbes India journalist was involved; the Yahoo Finance item is an ACCESSWIRE release VERIFIED by their own labels. For RIMAN as a whole, the company’s 2026 North American income disclosure says most Planners earn little or no income and counts 40 US Directors among about 62,000 active US Planners; its earnings figures are estimates, not reported pay VERIFIED. What he says and what he describes doing. In his RIMAN presentation he calls the company “un negocio tan sencillo de compartir” (“a business so simple to share”, translation) and says it does not require a monthly purchase VERIFIED, at 16:14 and 21:06. He also tells prospects that some people reach Manager or Senior Manager “el primer día que se inscriben” (“the first day they sign up”, translation), and that to learn how they should go to the person who invited them VERIFIED, at 21:35. Of his own start he says “entramos con cuatro paquetes” (“we came in with four of these packs”, translation), meaning four of the $1,650 business packs, to begin at Senior Manager, and adds that he does not mean the viewer must do the same VERIFIED, at 26:30. The court record. In 2022, International Markets Live, the company behind IM Mastery Academy, sued Tapia, his NvisionU co-founder David Imonitie, NvisionU and others in Nevada, alleging breach of contract, misuse of trade secrets, defamation and interference with its business; Tapia answered and counterclaimed against the company and its owner, Christopher Terry. A federal court returned the case to Nevada state court in September 2023, no ruling on the claims against him has been located, and since October 2025 the company has been under a federal court receivership VERIFIED, dockets and orders. The capture-page headline is documented across two vehicles. Wayback copies from 2 October 2023 and 14 February 2025, in the NvisionU years, carry the same headline and the same pull quote, “Los visionarios se hacen millonarios mientras los incrédulos se quedan viendo” (“Visionaries become millionaires while skeptics stand watching”, translation), as the live page that recruits for RIMAN today. The older form asked qualifying questions where the event slate now sits VERIFIED. The brand itself, meaning the name, the story and the blog, spans four companies: Organo Gold, iMarketsLive, NvisionU and RIMAN VERIFIED, 2016 About page; his videos.
