Holton Buggs is a network marketer, active since 2007. Role on record: Coach; Chairman, Risen Live (ex-Organo Gold top earner), Rank Up Movement · Risen Live (iBuumerang field merged Oct 2025). Top Earners grades how well Holton Buggs' income is documented at C+. The grade measures the evidence, not how much Holton Buggs earns, and every claim in this dossier carries an evidence tag.
Holton Buggs, Jr. made his name as the top distributor at Organo Gold, the coffee MLM, where Business For Home ranked him first and published monthly earnings estimates that climbed from $600,000 in 2011 to $1.3 million in 2013 VERIFIED as published. He was also the company’s executive vice president of sales and marketing by 2012 VERIFIED, Fifth Circuit opinion. In 2019 he launched his own travel-savings MLM, iBuumerang, as chairman and CEO VERIFIED, BFH. Today he sells coaching under the Rank Up Movement name from holtonbuggs.com and appears as Chairman on the event bills of Risen Live, a Dubai-headquartered MLM that took in iBuumerang’s members in October 2025 VERIFIED, his site; CORROBORATED, Risen Live’s Telegram channel and a Spanish-language trade site. Neither Risen Live nor he has published the terms of that merger UNKNOWN.
What he actually does. He moves rooms. His method, across three decades, is to close the leaders of a network in person and let the leaders bring their teams INFERRED from the court record and his own account. The clearest picture of it comes from a federal court. In 2012, while an Organo executive, he emailed the owners of AmeriSciences, a rival MLM, proposing that they stop promoting their own company and move their distributor “genealogy” to Organo, and offered them $50,000 a month personally for up to nine months; he then spoke to a meeting of ten of their leading distributors, and the distributor list was sent to Organo with him copied VERIFIED, 5th Cir. No. 18-20394. A Houston jury found Organo Gold and Buggs liable in 2018 for misappropriating that list as a trade secret, interfering with AmeriSciences’ distributor contracts, aiding a breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment, and awarded $3,461,166; on the trustee’s motion the final judgment also held them liable for fraudulent transfer and added $610,682.44 in pre-judgment interest. The Fifth Circuit affirmed on 11 July 2019, adjusting only a $110,000 settlement credit VERIFIED, opinion; ABI case summary. That case is over. It is the only merits finding against him that this file traced to an outcome. Other suits name him, among them an open 2024 investor suit over OmegaPro in Florida; its allegations are unproven.
The open federal case. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission sued him and others on 30 September 2024 over Traders Domain, a trading pool now run by a court-appointed Receiver VERIFIED, complaint; CFTC press release 8997-24. He is a named defendant on one count of fraud in connection with retail commodity transactions. The CFTC’s complaint alleges that from 2021 he offered the pool to his MLM associates as a reward for reaching sales ranks, and that at least 517 of the customers he solicited deposited no less than $54 million VERIFIED as allegations, complaint ¶¶190, 192. Those are the CFTC’s claims, not findings. He consented to a preliminary injunction on 15 January 2025; the court denied his motion to dismiss two days later; he filed an answer in February 2025; and in September 2026 the court canceled the trial date and set summary-judgment motions for 10 November 2026 VERIFIED, ECF 145; docket. Before the injunction, on 27 December 2024, a magistrate judge found he had violated the statutory restraining order and sanctioned him $9,583.40, which he paid in March 2025 CORROBORATED, Receiver’s reports ECF 167 and 218. No criminal case naming him was found VERIFIED negative, CourtListener, 15 October 2026.
Property and the Receiver. Under an agreement with the Receiver that the court approved in June 2025, he turned over listed property. His Houston home was sold on 19 December 2025 with the Receiver’s consent and the Receiver’s $1 million lien was paid in full; a second Houston property was sold by the Receiver for $1,250,000 after the court approved the sale in April 2026 VERIFIED, ECF 396, 432, 500. The Receiver has told the court that the consent injunction lets him earn new income, so his coaching business is not, on this record, a breach of it VERIFIED, ECF 167.
Income grade C+. The best figure is his own sworn account, at second hand. The Receiver reported that at a January 2025 asset deposition Buggs said his company grosses about $500,000 a month and that he nets about $100,000 a month VERIFIED, ECF 167 at 6 n.1. That supports seven figures a year in 2025. The famous Organo numbers are Business For Home estimates of the self-reported class, and BFH itself wrote in 2014 that its rank listed him near $400,000 a month because it counted only the regular compensation plan, not his off-plan deals VERIFIED as published. Top Earners does not reproduce the net worth figure that circulates for him online, because no public record shows his whole financial position. Separately, his site claims more than $100 million in commissions without an income disclosure VERIFIED.
What he sells now. The Rank Up Movement page offers three tiers: Silver at $27 a month, Gold at $97 a month and Diamond at $897 a year, each shown beside a higher struck-through price VERIFIED, holtonbuggs.com/movement. Every tier promises a weekly live call with him, three “Power Hour” sessions a week run by other coaches, access to a network-marketing CRM called RankUp.io and minutes with an “Ask HB AI” assistant. The front door is a paid three-day online summit sold with team packages under the line “Do not come alone” VERIFIED. The pages are built on LeadConnector, the platform behind GoHighLevel, and carry French-language template blocks and a testimonial section that still shows a placeholder name, which suggests the funnel was adapted from another operator’s template; who owns RankUp.io is not established VERIFIED page source; INFERRED origin; UNKNOWN ownership. His audience is working network marketers who want rank, addressed through pain points such as “Feeling Stuck?” and “Momentum Gone?” VERIFIED.
Reach today is small. His YouTube channel has 846 subscribers and has not posted since 9 August 2025; Instagram shows 55K followers and the Facebook page 118,318; Risen Live’s Telegram channel, formerly iBuumerang’s, has 745 subscribers VERIFIED, 15 October 2026. The weekly rhythm now runs on Zoom: daily training rooms, a Tuesday business presentation in Miami and Dubai time, a Saturday leadership call and a five-hour “Super Sunday” VERIFIED, Telegram posts.
“The Room Mover” [PARTIALLY REPLICABLE, MOSTLY STRUCTURAL]. Three independent records point at the same skill. Business For Home ranked him first in a company it estimated at 50,000 to 70,000 active distributors and noted that part of his pay came from deals outside the compensation plan VERIFIED as published. Todd Falcone, a network-marketing trainer, published Buggs’s four-step onboarding system in January 2014 with his permission and wrote that the whole company used it: become a product of the product with a testimonial inside 48 hours, list 50 coffee drinkers and 50 possible builders, book four in-home meetings or conference calls, and commit to 18 months of weekly training VERIFIED as Falcone’s account. And the AmeriSciences court record shows what the skill can do at full strength: a field of distributors moved company with him in the room, and a jury put a price on it VERIFIED. The CFTC’s count of 517 customers is a fourth data point, but it is an allegation and remains unproven.
Why it worked. He sold to leaders, not to strangers, and leaders arrive with teams INFERRED. His teaching voice suits a live room: a childhood scene told slowly, a principle drawn from it, the principle repeated, then a run of short commands. “You didn’t start thinking like a millionaire when you became one,” he opens one 2025 interview, and he closes another with five imperatives that each begin “Change your” VERIFIED, transcripts. For years he also sat inside corporate, which let him shape the vehicle he was recruiting into VERIFIED, his Organo title; INFERRED effect.
What a newcomer can copy, and what not. The teaching structure and the short, scripted onboarding copy easily INFERRED. The relationships with team leaders and the executive seat do not; nobody starting today can buy two decades of leaders’ trust INFERRED. Three things should not be copied at all: paying another company’s owners to bring their field over, part of the facts behind the AmeriSciences liability verdict; tying an investment product to MLM ranks, which is the core of the CFTC’s unproven allegations; and headline numbers with no document behind them VERIFIED as the record. The workable substitute is to earn the room instead of moving it: publish analysis of companies, compensation plans and income disclosures, and let a field come to the person who reads them in public INFERRED.

This dossier scores 56, Tier 3, cohort MLM. The model label “Leader-to-leader closer” names how he has always built: through other leaders’ teams, inside someone else’s company or his own.
Income: 26/40. Sworn testimony, as an adverse court officer summarized it, puts about $100,000 a month in his hands in early 2025, which is seven figures a year VERIFIED, ECF 167. Business For Home’s Organo estimates show a long run at the top of a large company VERIFIED as published. Docked because the deposition transcript is not public, the peak figures are unaudited and self-reported in class, and his current pages make larger commission claims with no disclosure or document behind them.
Audience: 12/30. 118,318 Facebook followers and 55K on Instagram are real but mostly legacy VERIFIED. Docked hard for a YouTube channel under 1,000 subscribers, a Risen Live Telegram channel of 745, and a branded footprint that third-party litigation coverage now dominates VERIFIED; INFERRED for the search footprint, which was not measured.
Activity: 12/20. Risen Live runs weekly Zoom presentations and leadership calls with him on the bill, and the coaching tiers promise weekly live calls VERIFIED. Docked because his own YouTube channel has been silent for 14 months and his event page still advertises a “February TBA, 2026” summit VERIFIED.
Dossier value: 6/10. The teaching structure, the onboarding script and the leader-first recruiting order are worth studying and easy to copy INFERRED. Docked because the core edge is structural, and the record around it, one closed judgment and one open federal case, makes it a lesson in what not to do as much as a model.
Three facts behind the score. (1) The caution flag rests on the CFTC case. He is personally a defendant in an open federal enforcement action, under a consent preliminary injunction, with a paid sanction on the docket, and Traders Domain is in receivership; no court has ruled on the merits and no criminal case was found. (2) The one merits finding traced to an outcome is closed. The AmeriSciences verdict of 2018, affirmed in 2019, is reported as a fact of his record, not as a separate caution trigger. (3) His current company line is a merger, not a sale. Risen Live bills him as Chairman of the company that took in iBuumerang’s field in October 2025, and ibuumerang.com remains live; neither side has disclosed the terms.
Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Holton Buggs, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.
What the record does show is how well Holton Buggs' income is documented, graded C+, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.
All 18 sections: complete funnel teardown, replication-grade voice & style guide, operating budget line items, the handoff-ready daily/weekly/monthly SOP, and the 90-day replication roadmap.

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.
Event page entry. Hero: "FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER... LEADERSHIP SECRETS THAT BUILT A TEAM OF 3 MILLION PEOPLE", a video, three pain blocks, an origin story ("Holton Buggs wasn't born a leader. Like many, he started out feeling stuck"), "WHAT YOU'LL LEARN?", a ticket selector and "DO NOT COME ALONE / BRING YOUR TEAM!" VERIFIED: holtonbuggs.com.
Subscription entry. Three tiers with struck-through anchor prices, a "Special Limited-Time Offer" button, and a testimonial block whose visible content is a "Name" placeholder VERIFIED: /movement; the placeholder suggests an unfinished template, INFERRED.
Template tell. Both pages carry a French-language block, "Le Système Rank Up — Partie 1 De L'événement: Offres Irrésistibles ... Partie 4 ... Recrutement et Scaling", and RankUp.io itself is a French-language CRM ("© 2022 Rankup, Propulsé par Webventure") VERIFIED. The event funnel was most likely adapted from a French-language operator's template, and the coaching brand looks like a partnership or license rather than something he built INFERRED; ownership UNKNOWN.
Stale elements. The live event page still shows "February TBA, 2026" and an older "February 28th, 2025" header VERIFIED, 15 Oct 2026.
Price ladder. Event ticket UNKNOWN, loads by script → Silver $27/month → Gold $97/month → Diamond $897/year. No one-to-one coaching price is published VERIFIED negative within scope.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.
The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.
Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.
Bottom line - the free half tells you where Holton shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.
Think about that. Then decide.
