Who Is Hayley Hobson?

Hayley Hobson is a network marketer, active since 2012. Role on record: doTERRA Presidential Diamond (self-stated Double); multi-brand affiliate creator; coach, doTERRA · hayleyhobson.com (38-brand affiliate storefront). Top Earners grades how well Hayley Hobson's income is documented at B. The grade measures the evidence, not how much Hayley Hobson earns, and every claim in this dossier carries an evidence tag.

Verified Fact Card

The pivot: doTERRA marketer to 38-brand affiliate storefront
/shop ("Shop My Favs") carries 56 outbound/redirect URLs and 38 branded vanity slugs, almost all on the code HAYLEY/HAYLEY10. doTERRA appears exactly once among those 56 links (doterra.me/oo2__H) — one revenue line among many, not the business
VERIFIED
Owned media collapsed; Instagram is the one channel running
Podcast episodes by year: 45 (2022) -> 43 (2023) -> 6 (2024) -> 4 (2025) -> 2 (2026 YTD), latest dated 2026-02-19. Last YouTube upload ~Sept 2023 (~36 months dark). Blog frozen since Nov 2022 (~46 months). Instagram (@hayleyhobson, 63,800 followers) posted 9 reels in 10 days (~0.9/day), with outliers at 1,912,768 and 748,088 plays

The rank claim, split by evidence tier
doTERRA's own recognition page (Essential Leadership Issue 11, ~2014-11-11) states she and Wes Hobson reached Presidential Diamond "in just a little over a year" — company-verified. "Double Presidential Diamond," published on her own /about page, appears nowhere in any doTERRA-published document and carries no date
VERIFIED
The income anchor is real and nine years stale
doTERRA's 2017 Opportunity and Earnings Disclosure Summary lists Presidential Diamond average annual earnings of $1,259,587 (<1% of leaders). The 2026 disclosure publishes no per-rank averages at all, though it confirms Presidential Diamonds average 14 years' tenure — a figure that fits her 2012 start precisely
VERIFIED
Company-level FTC record — does not name her
FTC warning letter to doTERRA International LLC, 2020-04-24 (COVID-19 and distributor earnings claims); FTC administrative actions against doTERRA distributors, March 2023 (false COVID-19 health claims). A direct search found no FTC action, warning letter, or litigation naming Hayley Hobson personally
VERIFIED
Live-site disclosure and health-claim hygiene, verified
Zero earnings disclaimer on /biz and /bizteam despite her own doTERRA recognition page carrying "Results not typical. Average earnings are less." Zero affiliate disclosure across the 56 monetized /shop links. Unqualified health language on /shop ("heals you from the inside out"). An undisclosed +75.7% payment-plan premium on /coaching ($2,222 cash vs. $3,905 on 3 payments)
VERIFIED
Ads and analytics — organic-only, and flying blind
Google Ads Transparency Center returned {} (zero creatives) for hayleyhobson.com against a working nike.com control. Meta Pixel fires on 1 of 13 fetched pages (the podcast page only). Analytics runs on a Universal Analytics property dead since July 2023, with no GA4 anywhere on the site

A Colorado Secretary of State entity search for "Hayley Hobson, LLC" (the entity name per the podcast RSS copyright line) returned HTTP 403 on every query attempted — a dead end via programmatic access. Executive Summary

Hayley Hobson is a 15-year doTERRA leader who has quietly stopped being a doTERRA marketer and become a multi-brand wellness affiliate creator, keeping the doTERRA residual as her cash floor while she rebuilds around a different channel entirely VERIFIED — hayleyhobson.com/shop, fetched 2026-09-02. Her /shop page carries 56 outbound/redirect URLs across 38 branded vanity slugs, almost all running the discount code HAYLEY — BrainTap, Centropix, Fungies, Mud\WTR, ProLon, Kreatures of Habit, Happy Bum, Oura Ring, Organifi, Solawave and roughly 25 more. doTERRA appears exactly once among those 56 links. It has gone from the whole business to one line item in a storefront VERIFIED.

Owned media collapsed on a single measurable window, and Instagram is what survived it. Her podcast ran 45 episodes in 2022, 43 in 2023, then 6, 4, and 2 in 2024, 2025 and 2026 year-to-date — an 86% collapse in one year, with the newest episode 6.4 months stale as of this filing. YouTube has not received a long-form upload since roughly September 2023 — about 36 months dark. The blog stops cold at November 2022. Against that, Instagram is the one channel actually running: a 10-day pull shows 9 reels in 10 days (≈0.9/day), with two outlier reels at 1,912,768 and 748,088 plays VERIFIED. Any scoring model that still credits her with an active podcast, an active YouTube channel, and a large active video library is scoring a business that does not exist today.

The rank finding cuts in both directions, and both halves matter. doTERRA itself published a recognition feature — Essential Leadership Issue 11, dated by its own timestamp to 2014-11-11 — stating she and her husband Wes reached Presidential Diamond “in just a little over a year.” That half is company-verified, dated, and genuinely strong. The rank she currently publishes on her own site, “Double Presidential Diamond,” appears only on her own site and on unciteable secondary sources — no doTERRA-published page, magazine, or disclosure names her at that rank, and no date is attached to the claim anywhere VERIFIED NEGATIVE. This is not an allegation; it is a note that the rank claim actually carrying the current income story has never been confirmed by the company that would confirm it.

The two doTERRA disclosure anchors bracket the income question and then go dark. The 2017 doTERRA disclosure — the last to publish a per-rank table — lists Presidential Diamond average annual earnings of $1,259,587, held by fewer than 1% of leaders. The 2026 disclosure, pulled the same day, publishes no per-rank averages at all, stating instead that 58% of active U.S. Wellness Advocates earned no commission in 2025 and that Presidential Diamonds “have averaged over 14 years” with the company — a tenure figure that fits her 2012 start precisely. There is no current per-rank dollar figure for either Presidential Diamond or Double Presidential Diamond anywhere in doTERRA’s own record.

The regulatory record is company-level and precisely dated, and it does not name her. The FTC sent doTERRA International LLC a COVID-19/earnings-claims warning letter on 2020-04-24; in March 2023 the FTC took administrative action against doTERRA distributors, not the company and not her, for false COVID-19 health claims. A direct search found no FTC action, warning letter, or litigation naming Hayley Hobson personally — a verified negative that counts in her favor. What does attach to her directly is a set of live-site compliance failures, documented in full below: zero earnings disclaimer on her opportunity pages, zero affiliate disclosure across 56 monetized links, an unqualified health claim on a commercial page, and an undisclosed 75.7% payment-plan premium.

Income grade B, score 67, Tier 2 at the low band — and this is explicitly not a caution file. The company-level FTC record predates and does not name her, and the compliance defects that do attach to her are disclosure and health-claim hygiene issues, not a regulatory or legal action — they are recorded in this profile’s fact card and in the underlying dossier’s compliance section rather than as a caution badge. The score rests on Instagram, the one channel that is actually running. The podcast, YouTube channel and blog are dead or near-dead and earn no activity credit.

The Edge

Narrative-Attached Commerce on a Residual Floor [PARTIALLY REPLICABLE]. Two mechanics, stacked, with the second making the first survivable. She does not run product content — she runs a serialized personal arc and hangs a product on it as incidental evidence, never as the subject. Her August 2026 reel sequence is the clearest case: nine consecutive days, one continuous storyline running from divorce through sleeplessness, co-parenting, and rebuilding, with a different affiliate product embedded in each beat. “as I navigate this divorce – this product (+concerts!!) is legit saving my life… I was on a mediation call the other day + was feeling myself spiraling… So I popped a stress chew…” (Instagram, 2026-08-28). The product is evidence that the narrator survived the day, not a claim the audience is asked to evaluate on its own terms — which converts precisely because the audience is following a story rather than weighing an argument. It is the same mechanic she described on doTERRA’s own recognition page in 2014 — “don’t share with them the need to sell just share the product why you feel so passionate about it how it’s changing your life… then you won’t feel like you’re a cheesy selling person” — but the raw material has upgraded from her oils to her divorce.

She could only make that pivot because a 14-year doTERRA leadership residual pays whether or not she posts. The genuinely replicable insight for an MLM operator is not to defend a mature downline forever — it is to treat it as venture capital for a complete audience re-platform. She let three channels die, changed her stated avatar from “wellness mom” to “Gen X woman over 50,” swapped her headline offer from an MLM opportunity to a 38-brand affiliate storefront, and absorbed close to zero income risk while doing it. A corollary sits in the same primary doTERRA document, in what may be the highest-leverage sentence in the entire file, published by the company itself and costing nothing to copy: “I probably get over 200 emails a day now, but I make sure to sift through them and find those who are interested… I have had unbelievable pay-off by never believing that no means no. People have literally said no to me over and over again, and then three to six months or even a year down the line they’ve signed up.”

What a late entrant cannot copy. The residual floor itself is not buyable — it took 14 years of company-verified leadership rank to build, and a replicator with no downline carries real income risk during the re-platform that she never personally faced. The Presidential Diamond rank, and the instant third-party credibility doTERRA’s own recognition gives her, cannot be borrowed at all. What is fully copyable at zero cost: the serialized-arc content format, the incidental-product-placement discipline, the Follow-Up Ledger habit of never treating “no” as final, and the decision to concentrate all content effort on one channel instead of five.

Score Note

This dossier scores 67, Tier 2 (low band), cohort MLM.

Breakdown: income 28/40, audience 17/30, activity 14/20, value 8/10 = 67. Income lands at 28 because doTERRA verifies the Presidential Diamond rank itself and the 2017 disclosure anchor ($1,259,587/yr) is genuine — but it is nine years stale, “Double Presidential Diamond” is self-asserted with no company confirmation or date, and no dated primary document shows her current personal income. Audience scores 17 because 63,800 verified Instagram followers plus two real outliers at 1.9M and 748K plays is genuine but modest reach for a subject once positioned as a top-tier network leader, and the podcast’s back catalog and the YouTube subscriber count are legacy assets rather than live reach. Activity scores 14 because Instagram alone is running at roughly 0.9 reels/day — genuinely strong — while three of her four owned channels are dead or near-dead: the podcast is 6.4 months stale, YouTube has been dark for about 36 months, and the blog has been frozen for about 46 months. Value scores 8 because the replicability here is exceptional — 8,721 archived URLs reconstruct a complete funnel history, the coaching price ladder is fully public, and doTERRA’s own published quotes hand a replicator a ready-made operating playbook — docked 2 for the compliance gaps a replicator would have to fix before shipping anything.

Two facts behind the score. First, “Double Presidential Diamond” is unverified. Presidential Diamond — reached, by doTERRA’s own account, “in just a little over a year” around 2012–2013 and formally recognized in a company publication dated 2014-11-11 — is the company-verified rank. The rank one tier above it, which she currently publishes on her own site, has no doTERRA-published confirmation anywhere and no date. Second, the podcast, YouTube channel and blog are dead or near-dead. The podcast has collapsed 86% since 2023, YouTube has not received a long-form upload in roughly three years, and the blog has been frozen since late 2022. Instagram is the live channel — the only one of her four owned properties posting on a measurable, near-daily cadence — and it is what this profile’s activeSocial flag and activity score are built on.

What We Can and Can't Verify About Hayley Hobson's Net Worth

Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Hayley Hobson, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.

What the record does show is how well Hayley Hobson's income is documented, graded B, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.

Who researched this dossier

This dossier on Hayley Hobson was researched and written by Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, from public and primary sources — the subject's own channels, filings and company documents where they exist — and every claim in it carries an evidence tag showing how strongly it is sourced.

It was reviewed before publication by Rob Fore, who checks each source against the document it came from and each allegation against its stage: an investigation is not a finding, a complaint is not a verdict, and a company-level record is not a personal one. TOP EARNERS is published by Listech, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

What this page does not claim. The income grade of B rates the strength of the public evidence about Hayley's earnings, not Hayley's earnings themselves, and not Hayley as a person. Where no primary document exists, this dossier says so rather than estimating.

The Wayback offer graveyard — the richest single asset in this file for a replicator. 8,721 archived URLs reconstruct a complete history of abandoned lead magnets (/gut-health-freebie-form, /wellnessguide, /riseandthriveguide, /5simplehabits, /pepcheatsheet), challenges (/healthhustlechallenge, /30-day-flab-to-fab-registration, /last-5-pounds-registration), masterclasses (/3-keys-masterclass, /instagram-workshop, /facebook-ad-course, /6-figure-moms), and events (/on-the-edge-summit-december-2022, /summer-summit, /vipday). Wavoto store SKUs recovered from the archive include recurring memberships (10/10 Club monthly/annual, Coaching Circle $44/$88, Habit Hackers annual) and a 2024-blue-presidential-diamond-mastermind SKU. One SKU, b-school-alumni-bonus-bundle, is a fingerprint: she affiliated for Marie Forleo's B-School and stacked a bonus bundle on top of it — her own education stack (Forleo, membership-guru Stu McLaren, and Todd Falcone, who gives a testimonial on /about) is fully documented by this archive VERIFIED — Wayback CDX.

Three funnel failures, load-bearing for any replicator. (1) Pixel coverage is broken — retargeting exists on exactly one low-commercial-intent page. (2) Analytics is a corpse — Universal Analytics stopped processing standard-property hits in July 2023; there has been no first-party site analytics for roughly three years. (3) Naming discipline collapsed — Wayback shows the same offer rebuilt as hash-suffixed duplicates (/3keys, /3keys-1/, /3keys-1old/, /3keys-478b2/, /3keys-mc/, /3bizkeysmasterclass/ and more, repeated for /summit, /vipday, /landingpageworkshop, /wellnessguide) — a VA duplicating pages instead of versioning them, which fragments backlinks and makes attribution impossible VERIFIED.

You can see the shape of it. That is deliberate.

Count the rows. 12 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.

The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.

Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.

Bottom line - the free half tells you where Hayley shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.

Think about that. Then decide.

What holds the grade at B and not A: no dated primary document shows her personal current income; "Double Presidential Diamond," the rank she currently claims, is self-asserted with no company confirmation and no date; and doTERRA's 2026 disclosure has deleted per-rank averages entirely, so the $1.26M-class anchor is nine years stale. What holds it at B and not C: the underlying rank is verified by the company itself, the 2017 table is a genuine primary source, and the 2026 disclosure independently confirms Presidential Diamonds average 14 years' tenure — exactly her profile. High confidence she clears $100K/yr on the disclosure's own top-1% math alone, independent of her rank claim; no current dollar figure for her specifically is verifiable.. A low grade means weak documentation, not weak earnings.
  • Is the edge transferable to you? The Playbook tab has the channel map and the funnel. Read it and ask what Hayley had that you don't — an existing audience is the usual answer, and it is usually the whole answer.
  • Are they still doing it? Check the Latest Feed tab. A quiet channel and a loud pitch are different things.

We take a commission on some links on this site, disclosed where they appear. That is exactly why the grade and the caution flag are not for sale — how we work.
