Frazer Brookes is a generic (company-neutral) network marketing trainer who gets paid to keynote other companies’ conventions in 42+ countries, films the appearances, cuts them into ~21 vertical Instagram Reels a month, and funnels that borrowed-stage footage into free 5-day challenges that feed one product that actually matters: Dare To Dream, a 3-day paid live event. The 2026 Barcelona edition sold out in 8 days at 1,500+ attendees with zero paid advertising VERIFIED — daretodreamevent.com/stream62852476. He holds no MLM distributorship of his own — he stopped earning from the field in 2016 and has earned from selling to it ever since VERIFIED.
His long-form channels show the same dormancy signature as Eric Worre (dossier #26): YouTube’s last upload was ~May 2026 and the podcast stopped at episode #331 on 28 Jan 2026 VERIFIED. Unlike Worre, he did not try to fix the decay — he abandoned long-form outright and re-platformed onto Reels plus a physical room. Intake was stale on three points, now corrected here: the flagship event is no longer called Success Summit (rebranded Dare To Dream); the real Instagram handle is @frazerbrookesonline, not @frazerbrookes (an unrelated account); and there is now a third solo book, From Loser to Legend, alongside a 2025 anthology with Rob Sperry.
The single most important credibility artifact in the file: his own properties show a claim drifting toward the softer number. The 2017-era Ninja Networker page states “22,000 distributors and 250,000 customers”; the 2026 site states “over 300,000 customers” and drops the distributor count and income figure entirely VERIFIED — both pages live. The checkable numbers vanished while the unfalsifiable one grew.
The Borrowed Stage Loop. Brookes does not buy attention and does not manufacture content from scratch — he is paid to stand in front of other companies’ distributors, and he keeps the tape. Each keynote is simultaneously a fee, a month of Reels, a relationship deposit with that company’s leaders, and footage that makes the next company book him. Verified evidence: zero ads in the Meta Ad Library, 11 of 12 current Reels visibly shot on stage, a sold-out 1,500-seat event, and a follower base built without paid traffic since 2010 VERIFIED / CORROBORATED. Most trainers treat speaking as a revenue line and content as a cost line; he collapsed them into one activity, making his customer-acquisition cost negative.
Against Eric Worre (#26): identical failure signature — dormant YouTube, dormant podcast, a large legacy audience converting below its old rate. The difference is what each did about it. Worre kept feeding formats his audience had left. Brookes let the library die in place — 1,326 videos and 331 episodes abandoned without ceremony — and rebuilt on 40-second Reels plus a ticketed room. Worre monetises an archive; Brookes monetises an appointment. The archive depreciates; the appointment sells out in 8 days.
What a late entrant cannot copy: the surname-and-womb origin story (unfalsifiable), six consecutive years on Eric Worre’s GoPro stage (a credential no longer available at that magnitude), and the 2017 European vacuum for a generic NM event (now closed). The substitutes: radical documented specificity about your own beginning with a real date, relentless smaller-stage borrowing (podcasts, team Zooms, regional meetups), and finding the next uncontested geographic or linguistic vacuum rather than the same one. INFERRED — replication logic
26 Oct 1987 — His parents attend their first network marketing event while pregnant with him and join that day, later reaching ~$80,000/month sustained over 10+ years — the origin asset he has monetised his entire career VERIFIED, self-reported.
2006–2010 — Refuses his father’s invitation for four years out of shyness; the refusal becomes as central to his story as the eventual success.
8 Apr 2010 — THE MILESTONE. Joins on the explicit condition that he build via the internet, never having to “draw circles at the front of the room.” Builds to a claimed 22,000 distributors / 250,000+ customers on free Facebook strategies, zero ad spend VERIFIED as self-reported claim.
Jan 2017 — Exits the field entirely, goes 100% generic; launches The Ninja Networker (JV with Vincenzo Sannipoli) and the first Success Summit, Europe’s first major generic network marketing event VERIFIED.
2019–2020 — Publishes I Dare You and I Double Dare You; launches the podcast; begins six consecutive GoPro Recruiting Mastery keynotes on Eric Worre’s stage VERIFIED.
2023–2025 — Rebrands Success Summit to Dare To Dream, moves to destination 5-star resorts (Antalya 2025: 600 attendees, 40 countries); publishes From Loser to Legend and co-hosts the Leadership Unlocked anthology with Rob Sperry (Nov 2025) VERIFIED.
Jan–Aug 2026 — The pivot year: podcast stops at episode 331, YouTube stops uploading in May, Dare To Dream Barcelona sells out in 8 days at 1,500+, Vienna’s Austria Center is booked for 2027, and SAGA begins running ads naming him as co-designer — long-form abandoned, Reels doubled, a software line added, all in one year VERIFIED.

The operating half of the file. Not who Frazer is — the Dossier tab covers that — but how the machine runs: every channel and the job it does, then the whole path from stranger to buyer. Pulled from Frazer's own public assets, dated, and free in full.
8 properties. Each row is the job that asset does in the machine, and the evidence it is still doing it.

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.
Lead magnets (all live, all dated, all phone-capturing). *The Social Takeover* free 5-day challenge (25–29 May 2026) at /takeover with an AI-bot bump; the *2026 Kick-Off Challenge* (26–30 Jan 2026) at /boom63728717; the *10-Step Network Marketing Pipeline* PDF at /pipeline; the legacy *27 Strategies* PDF ("How I Built A Team Of Over 300,000 Customers Using Free Social Media Strategies!"); an exit-intent "Free Online Masterclass" pop-up. Every lead magnet has a start date and an end date. He does not run evergreen opt-ins on his primary path — the scarcity is structural.
The challenge is the sales mechanism. Day 1 resets identity, Days 2–4 teach method, Day 5 always installs a "daily method of operation" — the DMO — taking "10 minutes a day." The DMO makes the paid ascension necessary, because people "need to be told exactly what to do and report to someone."
Bonus stacks with claimed values [all VERIFIED from live pages]. *Dare To Dream* ticket: 3-day workshop $3,997, networking lunches $297 (2025: $997), 2 nights 5-star accommodation $797 (2025: $997), celebration night $397; VIP adds cocktail party, VIP seating ($497), VIP registration ($297). *Lessons From Legends* community: 37 strategies $1,997, $1,000 Challenge $997, monthly live coaching $1,997, community $497, Recruiting Roundtable $497, NM 101 $497 — $6,482 of claimed value, price not shown on the page. Note the 2025→2026 *downward* revision of food/hotel line items.
Ascension ladder with verified prices. Free challenge → *I Dare You* book $19.95 retail / $24.95 in-funnel, with order-bumps: Success Summit 2 Recordings $44.40, both books $44.95, Tracker + both $59.95 (frazerbrookes.com/book — currently "out of stock") → Lessons From Legends [price UNKNOWN] → Dare To Dream $799 / $1,799 / $2,799 + $200 Dreamers Club → Inner Circle group coaching, application-gated, phone-close, price never published UNKNOWN. The book is a $20 tripwire that ascends to a $2,799 flight to Vienna.
Everything above is public behavior you can go and verify yourself. What follows is the replication kit — how Frazer talks, what Frazer actually runs, and the routine that makes it repeat. You can see its shape here. The instructions are in the full dossier.
Fingerprinted from Frazer's own page source, not copied off a recommendations page. Those two lists disagree more often than you would think.
| Cadence | What happens | Who runs it | Measured on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily | VA | 100% comments answered; DM→opt-in logged | |
| Weekly | AI (script) + Operator (record) | 1 identity Reel/week; new-follower rate | |
| Weekly | Operator | 3 pitches sent; ≥2 booked dates in forward 90 days | |
| Weekly | VA (videographer) | 100% captured; ≥30 min raw banked | |
| Monthly | AI (copy) + Operator (approve) | ≥1 live challenge; opt-in ≥35%; SMS list growth | |
| Monthly | Operator | Day 1→5 retention ≥30%; challenge→sale ≥3% | |
| Quarterly | VA | Bio link CTR; one destination only | |
| Annually | Operator | Sell-out velocity in days; tier mix; upsell attach ≥20% |
Count the rows. 9 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.
That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.
The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.
Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.
Bottom line - the free half tells you where Frazer shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.
Think about that. Then decide.
