Verified Fact Card

Current company and role
Co-founders of INNOVA (not BE Club distributors). Franco is Presidente/Fundador; Martinez was co-founder but is absent from Innova's own leadership block and from its Jan-2026 corporate release. Claimed HQ Dubai/UAE; only locatable registration is Innova Japan 合同会社, capital ¥300,000, incorporated 2025-03-19, Shibuya, rep. director 高良 数多
VERIFIED
Activity status (2026-08-30)
Franco fully active — four Instagram reels 2026-08-14→08-21 (Bootcamp Panamá 2026, Brazil incentive trip), 272,200 followers, verified. Martinez semi-detached — last post 2026-06-01, last Innova-branded post 2025-09-13, now promoting "Club 33." Company Instagram @oficial.innova removed; company YouTube last upload 2025-10-31; "INN Scanner" nav link points to a parked domain for sale

The intake's $13.2M/yr figure
Struck. Attributed to BE (a company they left); the intake's cited Epixel BE Club page (updated 2026-07-29, March-2026 BFH data) does not list them; BusinessForHome has 404'd both of its articles about them and its site search returns nothing for "Juan Fernando Franco." The figure survives only on third-party SEO aggregators
VERIFIED
The arithmetic that kills it
Innova's own release: "more than 10 million dollars in commissions paid to its distributors… in just 15 months." $10,000,000 ÷ 15 = $666,667/month for the entire global field. $1.1M/month for one person = 165% of the whole company's commission outflow
INFERRED
Best-evidenced income figure
~$230,000/month, ~$2.7M projected for 2021, self-reported to trade press March 2021 at BFH world rank #71 — plus Go Pro Million Dollar Hall of Fame induction, 2021, first Colombians, a program requiring >$1M/yr in commissions only with income proof submitted
CORROBORATED
Pay-to-play, in the company's own filed words
"毎月の報酬を獲得するには、毎月 $97 の購入(サブスクリプションの設定)が必要があります" — "to earn monthly compensation, a purchase of $97 per month is required." Plus mandatory entry pack, expiring after six months. Franco quotes entry publicly as "Inversión Mínima (549 a 2.299 dólares)." No income disclosure statement published in any language
VERIFIED
Major intake correction — company change
They left BE Club and founded their own company, INNOVA, in or around September 2024, converting them from field distributors into company owners. Martinez has since been erased from Innova's own corporate voice — absent from the leadership block on 8innova.com and unmentioned in the January 2026 milestone press release, which credits only Franco (Presidente), Barrios (CVO) and Estrada (CEO)
VERIFIED
Regulatory — subject-adjacent
BCU Uruguay Comunicación N°2023/036, 1 March 2023 names "Be" (antes Melius) and "Experiencia SKY TEAM" — the organization Franco and Martinez founded — as unregistered and possibly pyramid-based. Administrative warning only; no individual named; no enforcement, no adjudication
VERIFIED
Regulatory — company lineage
SFC Colombia named "BE–MELIUS–BE FACTOR" on 2021-12-16; IOSCO I-SCAN carries 4 active SageMaster/Be alerts (NL AFM 2026-04-24, Quebec AMF 2026-04-01, Lux CSSF 2026-01-06, Austria FMA 2025-11-14). Nothing found against Innova, Franco or Martinez in I-SCAN or SEC EDGAR

Why This Is a Caution File

Neither Juan Fernando Franco nor Ivan Martinez is named, individually, in any enforcement action, lawsuit, or regulatory finding located for this dossier. The flag here is narrower and more precise, and it is worth stating exactly.

On 1 March 2023, the Banco Central del Uruguay issued Comunicación N°2023/036, headed “‘Be’ – ‘Experiencia SKY TEAM’ – ADVERTENCIA sobre actividad no registrada por la Superintendencia de Servicios Financieros.” Its operative text: the firms named “Be” (formerly Melius) and “Experiencia SKY TEAM,” which advertise their services through social networks and various media, under the modality of training courses or events, “are not registered in any form before the Banco Central del Uruguay nor do they hold authorization to operate from the Superintendency of Financial Services,” and that companies calling for investment in this way “could involve operations based on ‘pyramid’ schemes, which lack financial sustainability” VERIFIED — full PDF retrieved and read, 2026-08-30. Sky Team is theirs: trade press states it directly (“El equipo, fundado por los colombianos Iván Martínez y Juan Fernando Franco”), the now-removed @skyteam_official_ Instagram account posted under a headline naming both men as leaders, and Franco’s own Instagram carries a reel captioned “#TBT Esto es SKYTEAM” CORROBORATED — vivaelnetworking.com, 2021-03-26; Instagram post/reel identifiers.

Stated with exact legal precision, because the distinction is the entire point of this note: the BCU communiqué names the organization, “Experiencia SKY TEAM” — not Franco or Martinez as individuals. It is an administrative public warning of non-registration, coupled with a general caution that such operations could involve pyramid schemes. It is not an enforcement action. It is not a finding of fraud. It is not an adjudication of any kind. Nothing in the underlying research establishes that either man has been charged with, sued for, or found liable for anything, anywhere, by any authority.

A second, company-level record bears on their judgment rather than their conduct: the vehicle they built Sky Team inside — BE, formerly Melius, run by co-founders described as former OneCoin promoters — was separately named by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia on 16 December 2021 (“BE – MELIUS – BE FACTOR,” lacking permits to offer securities-market products to Colombian residents) VERIFIED, primary. That release also discloses that the SFC took five administrative measures against 12 named individuals in 2021 ordering them to stop promoting foreign securities products in Colombia. Whether Franco or Martinez is among those 12 individuals is UNKNOWN — the SFC’s “Órdenes de suspensión” resolution index did not render its item list during research, and this is the single most consequential open question in the caution analysis. It is recorded here as unresolved, not as clean.

What was checked on their current company, Innova, and came back empty: IOSCO’s I-SCAN portal returned no warnings for “8innova,” “innacademy,” “melius,” or “sky team”; SEC EDGAR full-text search returned zero hits for “Franco Elcure,” “8innova,” or “Innova Academy”; and the Meta Ad Library found no advertising by either subject or by Innova. What could not be checked, and must not be read as clean: the Internet Archive was offline (HTTP 503) for the entire retrieval window, so no historical page — including the deleted BusinessForHome articles about them — could be read; UAE corporate and court registries are not publicly searchable, so Innova’s ownership and domicile are unexamined; Colombian civil and criminal court indexes were not queried; and Japan’s Consumer Affairs Agency sanctions list was not queried for Innova Japan 合同会社.

Executive Summary

Two Colombian networkers spent roughly a decade building and rebuilding recruiting organizations in other MLMs, joined the Islam brothers’ BE (formerly Melius, formerly built by promoters of the collapsed OneCoin scheme) in late 2019, and built a Spanish-language recruiting organization called Sky Team across Colombia, Peru, Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Japan. They banked a documented seven-figure year and a Go Pro Million Dollar Hall of Fame induction on the strength of it — then, after both their home regulator and Uruguay’s central bank put warnings on the vehicle they were riding, took the organization, the corporate relationships and the playbook and re-launched the identical business model as a company they own: INNOVA, founded in or around September 2024, with Franco as co-founder and Presidente and Martinez as co-founder. The new company keeps the same product category (forex/crypto trading education plus an “automated trading” tier), the same binary comp plan, the same claimed Dubai domicile, and — tellingly — the same commission week measured in Colombia time VERIFIED — Forbes Colombia advertorial, 2024-09-08; 8innova.com leadership block, retrieved 2026-08-30.

That company change is the load-bearing correction to this dossier’s intake record. As distributors, their income was 100% MLM commission. As company owners since September 2024, their income is corporate — equity, officer compensation, and margin — and it is no longer even theoretically discoverable from a comp plan. The intake’s headline figure of roughly $13.2M/yr fails on every test applied to it. It traces to BusinessForHome (self-reported, never audited) via SEO aggregators, but BusinessForHome has since deleted both of its articles about the pair (now HTTP 404) and its own site search returns nothing for “Juan Fernando Franco” VERIFIED, retrieved 2026-08-30. The intake’s own cited asset — an Epixel “Top BE Club Earners” page, updated as recently as 29 July 2026 — lists 33 names and omits them entirely. Every surviving aggregator listing files the figure under “BE,” a company they left roughly two years ago. And the number is arithmetically impossible against their current company: Innova’s own January 2026 press release states it has paid “more than 10 million dollars in commissions… in just 15 months” to its entire global distributor field — about $666,667/month total. A single person drawing $1.1M/month would be 165% of the company’s entire commission outflow VERIFIED — vivaelnetworking.com, 2026-01-26.

What survives, and is materially better evidenced: a Go Pro Million Dollar Hall of Fame induction in 2021 (the first Colombians so honored, a program that requires more than $1M/yr in commissions-only income with proof submitted), and a self-reported $230,000/month ($2.7M projected for 2021) figure given to trade press in March 2021, at a BusinessForHome world rank of #71 CORROBORATED. As of 2026-08-30, their present income cannot be determined: Innova publishes no income disclosure statement in any language, at any property checked.

The partnership itself has quietly come apart. Franco is running Innova at full speed — a four-reel Instagram burst between 2026-08-14 and 2026-08-21 covering Bootcamp Panamá 2026 and a Brazil incentive trip, to 272,200 followers, verified. Martinez has posted nothing Innova-branded since 2025-09-13, is absent from Innova’s own “LIDERADOS POR VISIONARIOS” leadership block, and is unmentioned in the company’s January 2026 milestone press release, which credits only Franco (Presidente), Juan Carlos Barrios (CVO) and Manuel Estrada (CEO). Martinez’s own feed has pivoted to a separate 2026 venture, Club 33, and his most recent post of any kind is 2026-06-01 VERIFIED. Whether he resigned, was bought out, or has simply gone quiet is UNKNOWN — no announcement of any kind was found in Spanish or English. A dossier commissioned to cover “a two-person team” must record that, on the observable evidence, there is now one active operator and one absentee.

The Edge

The Portable Organization [PARTIALLY REPLICABLE, and one half of it is not replicable at all]. The insight Franco and Martinez proved is that in Spanish-language MLM the durable asset is not the company, the product, the funnel, or even the audience — it is the named relationship with a mid-tier leader who has followers who will cross a company boundary with them. They spent a decade accumulating those relationships across multiple failed vehicles, concentrated them into one branded organization (Sky Team), monetized it inside BE until the vehicle became a regulatory liability, and then moved the organization intact into a company they own — capturing not the 20–30% distributor share of volume but the 32%+ corporate share. The proof that the organization, not the company, was the asset is a 2024 US recruiting announcement from leaders Jenn and Angel Carmona, who defected sight-unseen into the still-unlaunched Innova: “when we saw that Ivan Martinez & Juan Fernando Franco cofounded this company, we knew we could follow them because they achieved what we desire” VERIFIED — vivaelnetworking.com/patrocinado/, 2024-08-22.

The replicable half is the doctrine that makes an organization portable, and Franco has stated it plainly: “nobody can afford the luxury of doing things that others cannot copy” (“nadie puede darse el lujo de hacer cosas que otros no puedan copiar”) VERIFIED — vivaelnetworking.com, 2020-12-15. Every design decision follows from it: no funnel software, no ad budget, no landing pages, no email list, no tool a new recruit cannot afford on day one — because a system only the leader can run cannot walk when the leader walks. The second replicable half is the credential arbitrage: one verifiable, third-party-gated award (Go Pro Hall of Fame, income-proof required), two books, and a paid Forbes advertorial were enough institutional-looking credibility to launch a company that discloses no ownership information at all and still recruit leaders from outside Latin America into it.

What cannot be copied: the decade of relationship inventory (45,000+ people across five countries, built on other companies’ dime over eleven years); the timing (they joined BE the month before a global lockdown drove Spanish-speaking Latin America online at unprecedented scale); and the Hall of Fame plaque itself, which required $1M+ in verified commissions first — it is a consequence of the result, not a route to it. What a replicator should specifically not copy is the regulatory posture: their organization became portable in part because the vehicle it sat inside had accumulated warnings from Colombia, Uruguay, Quebec, Norway, the Philippines and others, and their response was not to fix the model but to re-domicile the identical structure — same binary plan, same automated-trading tier — under new ownership. Anyone who copies the structure without the plaque, the books, or the ten-year relationship bank inherits every one of those exposures with none of the credibility built to absorb them.

Score Correction Note

The intake score of 79 (Tier 2) has been re-scored to 68 (Tier 2 held), applied to this record on 2026-08-30 under the series’ standing re-score rule. Rationale, drawn from the research report’s own SCORE_NOTE: Income evidence (of 40) scores near the bottom of its band — the intake’s $13.2M/yr figure fails four independent tests (deleted source articles, an omission from the intake’s own cited asset, attribution to a company they left, and an arithmetic impossibility against Innova’s actual commission outflow); what survives is a five-year-stale 2021 self-report plus a Hall of Fame induction, and their present income as company owners is structurally undiscoverable. Audience (of 30) is mid and deteriorating — Franco’s 272K Instagram following is real, but its like-rate has fallen roughly 4–5× over twelve months, there is no email list, no owned community, and Martinez’s following is marginal. Activity (of 20) is split, and the split is itself a finding: Franco is fully active, Martinez has gone essentially silent on the subject business. Dossier value (of 10) is the strongest component and is why the score lands at 68 rather than falling out of Tier 2 — the fully recovered compensation plan and statutory disclosure documents, the tool-free organic funnel, and the cleanest distributor-to-founder defection arc in the series are all genuinely valuable replication material. Three corrections were made to the intake record: (1) primary company corrected from “BE Club” to INNOVA, which they founded and own; (2) the income line was struck and replaced with the corroborated ~$2.7M/yr (2021) figure plus the Hall of Fame credential, with 2026 income noted as corporate and undetermined; (3) the framing was changed from a two-person top-earner profile to a founder-defection case study, with Martinez’s current involvement flagged as unresolved.

The funnel, front to back

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.

Lead magnets: essentially none, and that is the finding. No PDF, no webinar registration, no email opt-in, no quiz, no free course, no link in bio. The two "magnets" are a comment keyword ("Monono" / "INN") that triggers a DM, and a WhatsApp number request in the caption. There is nothing to opt into and therefore nothing to nurture — which means there is no owned list, and the audience asset lives entirely inside Meta's graph.

The paid ladder, from the company's own documents. Entry packages at signup (特定負担), five tiers. BehindMLM's September-2024 capture of the prelaunch pricing: Inntro $249 then $127/mo · Innsight $499 then $107/mo after 3 months · Innpulse $1,099 then $97/mo after 6 months · Innfinity $1,799 then $97/mo after 9 months · Pioneer (undisclosed) VERIFIED as BehindMLM's reporting of the plan. Franco's own July-2025 reel quotes the band as $549 to $2,299 — entry pricing rose materially in the first year VERIFIED. Ongoing: $97/month subscription, mandatory to earn, plus pack repurchase every six months VERIFIED — Innova 概要書面. Recruitment payouts on the front end: $30 / $60 / $130 / $220 / $300 by tier VERIFIED — BehindMLM's plan capture.

The real conversion event is a room, not a page. Crucero Innova 2025 (first company cruise, Feb/Mar 2025), INN Mansion Tour (announced 2025-09-13: "we're starting the innmansion tour, where we'll be in all the following cities directly ourselves helping to train all the new people, and empowering the leaders with experience"), Bootcamp Panamá 2026 (August 2026), Brazil incentive trip (August 2026, "You can make the decision TODAY and win this trip"). The rank-advancement bonus ladder — iPad → Apple Watch → diamond ring → Louis Vuitton card → Rolex Submariner → Dubai trip → Rolex Yacht-Master → BMW — is the same mechanism written into the comp plan: the reward for volume is a photographable object or a trip, which then becomes the next recruiting asset. The content, the comp plan and the event calendar are one closed loop.

What a prospect actually gets. INN Academy (recorded forex courses; the Japanese annex enumerates them lesson-by-lesson — Andrés Plazas' "Forex Basics" 26 lessons, Sebastián Márquez's 33-lesson course, Roger Caloca's risk-management course, Andrés Bravo's TradingView basics), INN TV (live sessions), INN Trade (signals), INN Travel (discount travel), Talk INN, INN Telligence (automated trading), INN Scanner (dead link), and a languages module VERIFIED — 8innova.com nav + 概要書面別紙 PDF. Ten named coaches are listed on 8innova.com/nosotros with claimed experience of 5–22 years; one, Erika Sepúlveda, is described as "awarded as one of the best synthetic-index traders with 80% effectiveness" — an unsubstantiated performance claim on a live corporate page VERIFIED.

Everything above is public behavior you can go and verify yourself. What follows is the replication kit — how Juan talks, what Juan actually runs, and the routine that makes it repeat. You can see its shape here. The instructions are in the full dossier.

🔒 Voice & messaging 4 patterns
  • Register: gratitude, family, legacy — never technique
  • Signature constructions
  • Proof style: rank, room size, and objects — never a dashboard
  • The one line that defines their doctrine, and a replicator should steal it verbatim
🔒 The tool stack 2 findings
  • USED (fingerprinted)
  • PROMOTED

Fingerprinted from Juan's own page source, not copied off a recommendations page. Those two lists disagree more often than you would think.

🔒 The SOP 13 line items

You can see the shape of it. That is deliberate.

Count the rows. 13 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.

The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.

Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.

Bottom line - the free half tells you where Juan shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.

Think about that. Then decide.

Unlock Juan's full playbook

All 18 sections: complete funnel teardown, replication-grade voice and style guide, the tool stack with what is used versus what is promoted, operating budget line items, the handoff-ready daily/weekly/monthly SOP, and the 90-day replication roadmap. Same evidence discipline as the free half - every claim tagged, every number sourced, and where we do not know, it says so.

What this page can and can't tell you

This dossier documents how Juan makes money and how the operation runs — sourced, dated, and tagged VERIFIED CORROBORATED INFERRED UNKNOWN so you can see the strength of every claim rather than taking ours.

What it deliberately does not do is tell you whether to join anything. The honest questions are the boring ones:

  • Is the income evidence any good? Juan's grade is D+ — D+ for the intake's $13.2M/yr figure (attached to BE, a company they left; the intake's own cited Epixel BE Club page omits them; BusinessForHome has deleted both source articles and its site search returns nothing; the figure exceeds Innova's entire 15-month commission outflow by 65%) — struck. C+ for the underlying 'they crossed seven figures' claim (Go Pro Million Dollar Hall of Fame 2021, income-proof gated; ~$230,000/month / ~$2.7M projected 2021, self-reported to trade press, BFH rank #71). As company owners since Sept 2024, 2026 income is corporate profit and structurally undiscoverable — no income disclosure statement exists in any language.. A low grade means weak documentation, not weak earnings.
  • Is the edge transferable to you? The Playbook tab has the channel map and the funnel. Read it and ask what Juan had that you don't — an existing audience is the usual answer, and it is usually the whole answer.
  • Are they still doing it? Check the Latest Feed tab. A quiet channel and a loud pitch are different things.
  • There is a caution file on this profile. Read it in the Dossier tab before anything else.

We take a commission on some links on this site, disclosed where they appear. That is exactly why the grade and the caution flag are not for sale — how we work.
