On 17 July 2026 the federal Receiver in CFTC v. Traders Domain FX Ltd., No. 1:24-cv-23745-RKA (S.D. Fla.), filed his Eighth Report to the Court [ECF 500, p.16], listing under “Recovery of False Profits” a settlement with “Eric and Marina Worre for $1 million (to be paid in installments),” approved by the Court on 1 June 2026 [ECF 476] VERIFIED — primary court filing, retrieved and read in full 28 Aug 2026. That is a documented cash obligation, not an adjudication of wrongdoing, and the distinction matters: Worre is not a defendant in the CFTC’s action. He is one of “more than 300 individuals or entities who received false profits of $10,000 or more” from the scheme, and in the Eleventh Circuit false profits are clawed back from net-winner investors as a matter of law regardless of good faith (Wiand v. Lee, 753 F.3d 1194) VERIFIED — Eleventh Circuit precedent. Paying it back is required by the receivership process for anyone who came out ahead; it is not proof he knew the scheme was fraudulent.
Separately, Eric and Marina Worre are named parties in a pending private federal RICO action, United Investor Community Inc. et al. v. OmegaPro Forex Ltd. et al., No. 1:24-cv-23359 (S.D. Fla.), filed 31 Aug 2024. They filed a joint motion to dismiss on 4 Oct 2024, appearing specially, and no ruling on that motion has been found VERIFIED docket status; UNKNOWN ruling. The correct framing, and the only one this profile uses, is: named defendant in a pending private civil action, no adjudication, motion to dismiss undecided. The caption also names a sovereign state and “John Does 1 to 1000,” a pattern consistent with a broad shotgun-style pleading rather than a narrowly targeted claim — worth noting, not dispositive.
What makes this a genuine tension rather than a footnote is the gap between Worre’s stated position — “I don’t have a position in any company. I don’t have ownership in any company” — and his role as “Strategic Coach” to a program (Traders Domain) later placed in federal receivership as an alleged Ponzi scheme. Whether or not that relationship required disclosure, the pattern is the finding: a neutrality claim broader than the facts on the ground support. This profile reports the court record as filed and does not draw a conclusion beyond it.
Worre built what this series calls the Switzerland Position: he gave up his own MLM distributorship, states repeatedly that he holds no position, ownership, or endorsement in any company, and enforces a “zero-tolerance policy” against recruiting or product promotion at his own events VERIFIED — Marina Worre, archived networkmarketingpro.com/10th-annual-gopro-recruiting-mastery/. That manufactured neutrality is what makes him the one trainer every competing MLM company can safely send hundreds of distributors to — and it converts directly into three revenue lines a partisan trainer cannot touch: corporate bulk-ticket orders, $100,000–$200,000 company-specific training contracts (Herbalife, MONAT confirmed) VERIFIED — BusinessWire; earnings-call coverage, and a decade-deep database in which every lead is tagged by MLM company, country, language, and phone number — simultaneously his sales asset and the pitch deck he sells training back into.
The half of this a late entrant cannot copy is standing: 38 years in the field and a company-presidency record are what make his neutrality read as sacrifice rather than inexperience. The half that is replicable is the mechanism — neutrality stated as an enforced, public policy from day one; a required program/company field on every opt-in; and one physical or downloadable artifact engineered to be handed on by other people’s customers rather than merely consumed. Where Worre’s credential is tenure, a replicator’s substitute is documented method: publish the primary source, the archived page, and the open question, rather than “trust me, I did this for decades.” That is also the standard this profile itself tries to meet on the caution material above.
Jan 1988 — Enters network marketing at ~23 with National Safety Associates; later spends time at Quorum International, The Peoples Network, Better Life Media, Agel, and Send Out Cards, per his own self-reported LinkedIn timeline VERIFIED as self-reported.

1 Jan 2009 — the flip. Launches networkmarketingpro.com and begins publishing free training video, near-daily, monetizing nothing — sworn to the USPTO as first use in commerce of the GO PRO mark VERIFIED — Reg. 5940961. He stops being a distributor with an audience and becomes a publisher the whole profession can consume.

~2016 — Publicly retires from all distributorships; neutrality becomes stated policy VERIFIED — archived about page, 4 Sep 2016.
Apr 2021 — Opens Worre Studios, a 25,000 sq ft owned venue in Las Vegas, inverting the flagship event’s cost structure from rented-arena expense to owned-venue margin VERIFIED.
2024 → Jun 2026 — Herbalife training alliance and the MONAT “Growth Alliance” confirm the corporate revenue line; ProCode launches 6 Jun 2026; on 1 Jun 2026 the court approves the $1M Traders Domain clawback settlement, and Eric and Marina Worre remain named parties in the pending OmegaPro RICO action with a motion to dismiss still undecided VERIFIED.

The operating half of the file. Not who Eric is — the Dossier tab covers that — but how the machine runs: every channel and the job it does, then the whole path from stranger to buyer. Pulled from Eric's own public assets, dated, and free in full.
8 properties. Each row is the job that asset does in the machine, and the evidence it is still doing it.

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.
Lead magnets, live and dated. Free ProCode launch livestream (6 Jun 2026, positioned as "$497 Value — 100% Free"); free 3-day Presenter Bootcamp with Pete Vargas (16–18 Apr 2026, "Total value: $997. Your cost: zero"); free Go Pro Branding Challenge ("$297 Value") with Day 3 gated to VIP; the ProCode Resource Center (Memory Jogger, the 6-Question Close, the Objection-Handling Formula plus scripts for the 12 most common objections, the Crucial Conversation masterclass) — advertised as free but the FAQ says plainly, "Do I need the book to get the Resource Center? Yes"; and the classic in-video drop, "networkmarketingpro.com/memoryjogger — it's my gift to you." Note that networkmarketingpro.com/masterclass now 302s straight into goproinsider.com — the free masterclass has been collapsed into the membership pitch.
Bonus stacks with claimed values (all first-party). Go Pro Certification + Mentorship: Certified Framework and live filming with lifetime access $30,000; GPC 2-Day Event (15–16 Oct 2026) $5,997; workbooks $2,000; bi-weekly mentorship calls $6,000; Go Pro Course Library 1-year $5,000; daily mentoring videos from Eric $1,500 and separately $3,000; "Eric AI" 24/7 on-demand coach $6,000; Go Pro Community $5,000; quarterly challenges $2,000; Go Pro Branding Day $8,900; certification itself "PRICELESS." Price: $7,497 or 6×$1,497; Certification-only $4,997 or 6×$997. The same URL displays three mutually contradictory totals ($97,497, $65,897, $40,497) and arithmetic that does not resolve — "save $88,515" printed under a $4,997 offer. ProCode Experience (from a Meta ad, 8–11 Jun 2026): 100 copies of ProCode + 4 weeks live training + a year of daily mentorship + a Virtual VIP GPX seat, "Over $5,393 of value. $997 during the launch only." NLM: 1:1 business evaluation with Eric "$25,000 value" + a Go Pro Media article and magazine cover "$1,000 value." Euro Tour VIP: claimed £/€2,738 stack for £250.

Everything above is public behavior you can go and verify yourself. What follows is the replication kit — how Eric talks, what Eric actually runs, and the routine that makes it repeat. You can see its shape here. The instructions are in the full dossier.
Fingerprinted from Eric's own page source, not copied off a recommendations page. Those two lists disagree more often than you would think.
| Cadence | What happens | Who runs it | Measured on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily | VA | DM→opt-in rate ≥ 25% | |
| Weekly | Operator + VA (edit, thumbnail, description) | 1 upload/wk; view-to-opt-in ≥ 2% | |
| Weekly | AI (cut-down + drafts), VA (publish) | 7 assets from 1 recording | |
| Weekly | AI (draft), Operator (approve) | Open ≥ 30%, click ≥ 3% | |
| Monthly | Operator (deliver), VA (registration, reminders, replay) | Registrants ≥ 300; free→paid ≥ 4% | |
| Monthly | VA + AI | 100% of new leads carry a program tag | |
| Quarterly | Operator (write), AI (structure), VA (production) | Units shipped in quantities >1 ≥ 40% of orders | |
| Quarterly | Operator (budget), VA (build), AI (variants) | CPL under target; zero always-on spend |
Count the rows. 9 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.
That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.
The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.
Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.
Bottom line - the free half tells you where Eric shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.
Think about that. Then decide.
