Executive Summary

Chad Bartlett ran free YouTube and TikTok tutorials into a private Facebook group whose join-request form doubled as the email opt-in, then converted that list into Builderall subscriptions beneath his own affiliate ID — monetizing not his own sales but his recruits’ sales through Builderall’s 30%-recurring, 2-tier override. VERIFIED — his own 2020 sales page: “since Builderall’s commission structure is 30% recurring on 2 tiers… Whenever you make a sale, I also make a sale since you would be ‘under’ me on Builderall… The More Sales You Make, The More Sales I Make.” His $997 AMB Bootcamp then handed buyers 60% commissions for life on that same course — the course sold the right to sell the course. VERIFIED

The build-list score of 68/Tier 1 predates a full activity collapse verified directly for this dossier: the primary YouTube channel is deleted with a dead underlying channel ID (ruling out a rename), both TikTok accounts are gone, Instagram’s last post is 2018, and the 17,393-member Facebook group that fed the entire machine has had no posts in a month and no new members in a week as of Aug 28, 2026. Linked videos return “This video is private” (HTTP 403) rather than “unavailable,” a state that requires a live owning account — consistent with a deliberate teardown, not platform enforcement. VERIFIED / [INFERRED on the teardown reading] Every “2025/2026 Update” article about him online is recycled 2019–2022 copy on a rolling date stamp; there is no primary-source activity behind any of them. He was re-tiered to Tier 3/archival (applied 2026-08-28 on Rob’s approval) and this dossier reads him as a post-mortem case.

Income evidence is Grade C+: Builderall’s own infrastructure corroborates that he mattered (a company curriculum lesson taught in his name, an invitation-only 2019 Mansion event for ~20 top affiliates, a Dream Car bonus that structurally requires 100 active referrals), but Builderall publishes no leaderboard, no milestone program, and no dollar figure for anyone. VERIFIED absence Every income number in circulation — $17,018/mo, $250,000+ before 23, $20–25K/mo, “millions” — is self-reported and does not reconcile across his own pages. Against Mecham (#14): Mecham earned an A- because ClickFunnels itself published his $1M milestone; Bartlett has the inverse — company pages that confirm he mattered, none that confirm what he earned.

The Edge

Named: “The Group-as-Funnel.” The genuine, copyable innovation was not the downline itself — it was recognizing that a Facebook group’s membership-question gate is a free opt-in form with a built-in qualifier. Question 2 harvested the email against a free cheatsheet; Question 3 pre-sold the paid ascension (“FINANCIAL and TIME commitment required”) before any sales page existed. VERIFIED It gave him list-building at zero software cost, Facebook-hosted community and social proof (“I get 50 to 100 new members who give me their emails every single day”), and a claimed 24% sales lift for under an hour a week of moderation. The mechanic still exists today and ports cleanly to Skool or Discord — what is not replicable is the 135K-subscriber channel that fed it 50–100 new members daily. VERIFIED quotes

What a late entrant cannot copy: the 2-tier override itself was structural (Builderall paid 30% recurring on two tiers and has since migrated affiliates to impact.com — you cannot conjure a second tier a merchant doesn’t offer); first-mover timing on Builderall (2017–2019) is unrepeatable; and the 8-year, 635-video back-catalogue compounding into evergreen views cannot be rebuilt overnight. The available substitutes: verify in writing whether an offer genuinely pays a 2-tier override before building on it, or manufacture your own second tier the way he did with Bonus #2 — license buyers to resell your own product at a stated commission, which is fully within your control and cannot be revoked by a merchant. INFERRED strategy from VERIFIED structure

Against Mecham (#14) — tutorial-compounding vs. army-recruiting. Mecham’s asset appreciates while he sleeps because a 2019 tutorial still ranks and still converts. Bartlett’s asset depreciated the moment he stopped recruiting, because an override on other people’s sales requires a continuous inflow of new people. Mecham built a library; Bartlett built a pipeline. Libraries survive neglect. Pipelines do not. Bartlett’s 2026 status is the proof, not a hypothesis: Mecham’s evergreen catalogue would still be earning today; Bartlett’s channel is gone and his 17,393-member group hasn’t seen a post in a month. CORROBORATED — series cross-reference

Dec 2017 — First traction, ~$7,000/mo; releases first course at $297: “my income every month is just going up, like the chart looks like a bitcoin chart.” VERIFIED — Billy Willson interview

Jul 3–6, 2019 — The milestone: Builderall Mansion, Orlando — one of ~20 invited top affiliates worldwide, keynote by founder Erick Salgado. VERIFIED page title; cohort membership INFERRED, high confidence

2020 — Publishes the army doctrine explicitly on a still-live page: “#1 Affiliate of Builderall (Worldwide),” $17,018/mo recurring, “$250,000+ before the age of 23,” and the recruiting target — “100 affiliates… 50 sales each.” Facebook group “Affiliate Bosses” created Sept 23, 2020, growing from 3,762 (Jan 2022) to 17,393 (Aug 2026). VERIFIED

2022–2023 — De-Builderall’s the brand: homepage drops all Builderall mentions, repositions to “mini digital assets,” diversifies into ClickBank, DigiStore24, TikTok Shop. Channel peaks (135K subs, Sept 2024) while upload cadence collapses 44% and per-video views fall 33% versus Nov 2022. VERIFIED, computed from archived snapshots

~May 2024 → Aug 2026 — Last upload. The funnel, front to back

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.

Lead magnet: "Affiliate Boss Cheatsheet" — "How I Make $1,214 A Day Marketing Other People's Stuff", with the friction-killer stated explicitly: "Credit card is NOT required." Positioned as "the five proven steps to quit your job with affiliate marketing." Built on Builderall's Cheetah page builder — he built his funnel on the product he was selling, which is why every page could carry a Builderall CTA natively. Exact form fields UNKNOWN — SPA, unrendered in archive. VERIFIED, archived /cheetah 2022-12-08

The group-as-optin (the actual innovation): Membership questions doubled as the opt-in and the qualifier. Q2 harvested the email against the cheatsheet; Q3 pre-sold the ascension — "I am starting a NEW case study group this month and I am looking for a handful of affiliates to partner with who want to make an extra $3,000 to $5,000 per month online... (FINANCIAL and TIME commitment required)." Note the parenthetical: it pre-frames the paid offer and filters tire-kickers before they ever reach a sales page. He claimed the whole thing cost him "less than 1 hour per week to manage" and "Facebook groups increase my sales by 24%." VERIFIED

Bonus stacks with claimed values VERIFIED from archived primary pages: /affiliatemarketingboss (2022-03-12) stacked $2,385 — AMB System $997, DFY Landing Pages $297, DFY Winning Ad Campaigns $497, Live Weekly Mentorship $297, Builderall Platform Training $297. /bootcamp (2022-06-08) stacked $3,979 across 8 bonuses — 1 Year Mentorship $997, 60% Commissions For Life on AMB $997, Lead Boss Pro $997, Weekly Assignments Reviewed $997, Theme Page Hustlers $497, Advanced Methods $297, Boss Blueprints $97, Private Community $97.

Verified ladder prices: cheatsheet free → 5-day challenge free → Builderall $29 or $69/mo → Affiliate Club "Normally $97/mo → Free When You Join Builderall" → AMB Bootcamp $997 one-time → AMB Launch $1 trial then $2,500 (anchored "Normally $5,000", claiming "103+ Of Our Clients"). Original 2017 course: $297 ("it's priced at 297 right now" — Billy Willson interview, Dec 30 2017).

The other half of this file

Everything above is public behavior you can go and verify yourself. What follows is the replication kit — how Chad talks, what Chad actually runs, and the routine that makes it repeat. You can see its shape here. The instructions are in the full dossier.

🔒 Voice & messaging 3 patterns

  • Signature phrases VERIFIED quotes
  • Proof style — and its tell
🔒 The tool stack 2 findings

🔒 The SOP 9 line items
Daily × 2Weekly × 4Monthly × 2Quarterly × 1
One row, unlocked, so you can see what a line item actually is
CadenceDaily
Who runs itVA
Measured onNew members/day; % answering Q3 "yes" (Bartlett's benchmark: 50-100 members/day at 135K subs — scale to your audience)
What happensApprove pending group join-requests; export the email captured in Question 2 to the ESP, tagged by the Question 3 answer (interested / not interested in paid)
CadenceWhat happensWho runs itMeasured on
DailyVA + OperatorPosts/day >=1; comment-reply rate 100%; group "posts in last month" never reads zero
WeeklyOperator (on camera)>=1 upload/week; watch cadence, not views — Bartlett's 44% cadence collapse preceded his exit
WeeklyAI draft -> Operator editOpen rate >=25%; click >=3%; unsubscribes <0.5%
WeeklyAI + VA4-6 shorts/week; cost/short <=$20 (Bartlett's verified rate)
WeeklyOperatorRecurring >=50% of commission revenue; refund rate <10%
MonthlyOperatorNew active sub-affiliates/month; % making >=1 sale within 60 days
MonthlyVA100% of links disclosed; 0 dead links
QuarterlyOperatorNo single merchant >50% of revenue; no single platform >60% of traffic

You can see the shape of it. That is deliberate.

Count the rows. 9 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.

The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.

Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.

Bottom line - the free half tells you where Chad shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.

Think about that. Then decide.

What this page can and can't tell you

This dossier documents how Chad makes money and how the operation runs — sourced, dated, and tagged VERIFIED CORROBORATED INFERRED UNKNOWN so you can see the strength of every claim rather than taking ours.

What it deliberately does not do is tell you whether to join anything. The honest questions are the boring ones:

  • Is the income evidence any good? Chad's grade is C+ — Builderall corroborates his status (top-affiliate curriculum lesson, invitation-only Mansion event) but publishes no leaderboard, milestone program, or dollar figure for anyone; every income number in circulation is self-reported and mutually inconsistent. A low grade means weak documentation, not weak earnings.
  • Is the edge transferable to you? The Playbook tab has the channel map and the funnel. Read it and ask what Chad had that you don't — an existing audience is the usual answer, and it is usually the whole answer.
  • Are they still doing it? Check the Latest Feed tab. A quiet channel and a loud pitch are different things.

We take a commission on some links on this site, disclosed where they appear. That is exactly why the grade and the caution flag are not for sale — how we work.
