Executive Summary

Disclosure first. Rob Fore, who edits topearners.net, holds a live systeme.io affiliate position. Aurelien Amacker founded and runs systeme.io, so the editor is paid by the company this profile examines whenever someone he refers keeps a paid plan. The findings below are held to the same evidence standard as every other profile in the series, and several of them cut against the company’s own marketing.

Aurélien Amacker is a French former engineer who went full-time online in March 2010, after turning down a well-paid job in Paris that February CORROBORATED, his 2010 and 2019 interviews. He built a French course and coaching business on a blog, an email list and partner launches. In October 2011 one partner launch sold €500,000–€550,000 in two weeks by his accounts, which vary; he says about €120,000 was left after affiliates and costs CORROBORATED, his own accounts in three interviews. He then built the software he wanted for that business. The systeme.io domain dates from 6 July 2015, the Irish company that sells it, ITACWT Limited (CRO 577269), from 16 February 2016, and a French capture-page tool was live under the name by April 2016 VERIFIED, RDAP, CRO open data, Wayback. After a failed first build in 2016 and a rebuild in 2017, he launched systeme.io to his own list of about 25,000–30,000 in early 2018; he gives February, March and April in different interviews CORROBORATED.

The engine. Every account holder gets an affiliate ID automatically, with no application VERIFIED, program page FAQ and help article 162. The commission was 40% for life until mid-2022, 50% by 16 August 2022 and 60% from a date between 5 June and 22 September 2023, so it was raised twice within about a year VERIFIED, archived program pages. On 6 October 2026 he wrote that the company pays “close to $500,000/month in affiliate commissions” VERIFIED as his statement, LinkedIn. Payouts go out monthly on the 10th, by PayPal or wire, with a $30 minimum, and a referred customer must stay 30 days before a commission is earned VERIFIED, program page and agreement. Help article 162 says the 60% applies to “all sales of systeme.io and our courses”, so the program pays on his courses as well as the software VERIFIED. He says the company grew with “no paid acquisition” VERIFIED as his statement; ad libraries not checked.

What the revenue record holds. No filing shows revenue: ITACWT files micro-company accounts, which need not include a profit and loss account VERIFIED filing index; INFERRED content. His own totals are €1.5M for 2019 and €3M for 2020, and those describe the whole business. In June 2019 he put systeme.io at €50K of a €120K monthly total that also counted courses and coaching, and he puts the software alone at $70K a month in October 2019 VERIFIED as statements; scope INFERRED by arithmetic. He gave $414K for June 2021 VERIFIED as his statement. A 2022 EOFire episode is titled “Making $5M Per Year with a Free Marketing Platform”, and Latka reports $5.4M for October 2022 citing Indie Hackers VERIFIED that each says so. Latka’s $8M for 2023 and $20.1M for 2024 are its own estimates; the 2024 figure is marked “source not recorded” VERIFIED that Latka labels them so.

Our arithmetic, labeled as ours. “Close to $500,000” a month at 60% implies about $833,000 a month of affiliate-referred billings, about $10M a year. If affiliates bring 60–80% of sales, total billings come to roughly $12M–$17M a year INFERRED. Four cautions apply. “Close to” means at or below. The commission base may exclude VAT, which would put gross billings higher. Annual plans pay a year’s commission up front, so a single month is lumpy. The 60% also covers his courses. The share inputs are old: he gave 75% in March 2020 and 70% in July 2021, and DigitalMarketer’s March 2022 show notes, written while the rate was 40%, say 400–500 affiliates and 60–70% of revenue VERIFIED inputs. Latka’s $20.1M would need an affiliate share near 50% INFERRED.

Scale and ownership. The homepage says “Powering 500,000+ entrepreneurs”; he says “over 3 million accounts” and “around 90 people” (August 2026) VERIFIED as company and founder statements. The entry plan is $17 a month ($14 billed annually) beside a free plan with 2,000 contacts, three funnels and one course; in 2019–2022 the entry plan was €27 or $27 VERIFIED, pricing page; 2019 and 2022 interviews. The register’s open data names no officers. Aggregators list him as a director and as holder of the single €1 share, and he said in 2021 that he owned 100% CORROBORATED. His personal pay appears only in a c. 2016 statement of a €2,000 monthly salary VERIFIED as his statement. His own YouTube channel holds 1,188 videos and 30.6K subscribers, built mostly in French between 2014 and 2019; today he speaks mainly through LinkedIn and podcast interviews VERIFIED.

Record. No court, regulator or enforcement matter naming him, systeme.io or ITACWT turned up in the searches that ran: SEC EDGAR, the French company register, and web and Exa searches VERIFIED negatives within scope. All ten CourtListener queries were throttled and the FTC search was blocked, so the record is not a verified negative UNKNOWN. No caution flag.

The Edge

“The Commission Is the Budget” [PARTIALLY REPLICABLE]. By his account the company buys no ads. It pays 60% of every payment for life to whoever brought the customer, gives every account holder an affiliate ID, and sends company emails that carry the referrer’s ID VERIFIED terms; VERIFIED as his statement on ads. In August 2024 he began locking each referral to the first affiliate at free signup after, in his words, “Some affiliates run Google ads to steal customers referred by other affiliates” VERIFIED as his statement, LinkedIn. The customer base therefore recruits the next customers at no fixed cost, and the rate has gone up as the field grew, never down, in every archived capture from 2019 to 2026 VERIFIED; INFERRED mechanism. The counter on the program page has read “Over $5,000,000” since 22 September 2023. Against the monthly figure he now states, it is a floor that has not been updated, not a running total VERIFIED; INFERRED.

What carries it, and what does not copy. Software has almost no per-unit cost, so a 60% share still leaves a margin. The free plan converts without the affiliate’s help, so an affiliate only has to produce a signup INFERRED. Two pieces cannot be copied: a French list of 25,000–30,000 at launch, and a decade of French credibility from his blog and launches CORROBORATED as his statements. For an affiliate, which is the editor’s lens and disclosed as such, the agreement locks a lead to the first affiliate at free signup. The company’s own pages describe that rule in conflicting words. The program page says “last-cookie model”, and help article 162 says “last cookie” in one paragraph and “we lock in the initial referral” in the next. The agreement and help article 261 describe the lock, with one exception for payment-page links VERIFIED, all four pages. The agreement is the one to rely on.

What a newcomer can take. Integrated tracking that issues an affiliate ID at signup, a one-sentence commission rule that every public page repeats word for word, and payouts on a fixed date all copy directly INFERRED. A late starter replaces the list with a narrow niche and the first ten users recruited by hand. The rate should be set by gross margin, because a service or physical-goods business that copies 60% for life gives its margin away INFERRED.

Score Note

This dossier scores 67, Tier 2, cohort Program. The label “Affiliate-led SaaS founder” names the whole model: he owns the software, and affiliates sell it.

Income: 30/40. The company is on the Irish register with a validated LEI, and years of consistent founder figures, matched against archived company pages, make the scale credible VERIFIED company; CORROBORATED scale. His figures hold together across interviewers: €1.5M for 2019 and €3M for 2020 for the whole business, $414K in June 2021, and a payout rate and counter series that the Internet Archive captured at fixed dates VERIFIED as statements and archive. Docked because ownership rests on aggregators and his own statement, the filed accounts show no revenue, the 2024 figure most often quoted is an unsourced estimate, and his personal pay is undocumented beyond a c. 2016 salary statement CORROBORATED; UNKNOWN.

Audience: 15/30. His personal channel has 30.6K subscribers and 3.13M lifetime views, and he has about 6K LinkedIn followers VERIFIED. Docked because most of that audience was built in French before 2020, his recent videos draw a few hundred views, and the company’s reach is not his personal audience VERIFIED.

Activity: 14/20. He posts on LinkedIn several times a week, and the company channel posted 15 videos between 31 August and 10 October 2026 VERIFIED. The company also shipped an AI Chat feature and an MCP server in 2026 and announced both through his posts VERIFIED as his statements. Docked for one upload in 90 days on his own channel, where the last three videos drew between 126 and 323 views VERIFIED.

Dossier value: 8/10. Few founders have put their revenue, profit, customer counts and payouts on the record as often, and the affiliate mechanics copy directly VERIFIED as his statements; INFERRED replicability. His posts celebrate company and user totals without promising anyone income, which is the right side of that line VERIFIED, posts read. Held back because the public counter is stale, the program page and the agreement word the referral rule differently, and no typical-earnings statement was found VERIFIED.

Three facts behind the score. (1) No caution flag, not yet final. No matter naming him or the company was found, but the CourtListener and FTC searches did not complete and must be rerun before the negative counts. (2) The company is real and the money is self-reported. The register confirms the company, while every revenue figure is his own or an estimate, and none is filed. (3) The commission really is the budget. The rate went up twice, and by his account the company buys no ads, so the field he pays is the whole of its sales force.

What We Can and Can't Verify About Aurelien Amacker's Net Worth

Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Aurelien Amacker, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.

What the record does show is how well Aurelien Amacker's income is documented, graded B-, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.

Who researched this dossier

This dossier on Aurelien Amacker was researched and written by Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, from public and primary sources — the subject's own channels, filings and company documents where they exist — and every claim in it carries an evidence tag showing how strongly it is sourced.

It was reviewed before publication by Rob Fore, who checks each source against the document it came from and each allegation against its stage: an investigation is not a finding, a complaint is not a verdict, and a company-level record is not a personal one. TOP EARNERS is published by Listech, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

What this page does not claim. The income grade of B- rates the strength of the public evidence about Aurelien's earnings, not Aurelien's earnings themselves, and not Aurelien as a person. Where no primary document exists, this dossier says so rather than estimating.

You can see the shape of it. That is deliberate.

Count the rows. 12 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.

The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.

Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.

Bottom line - the free half tells you where Aurelien shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.

Think about that. Then decide.

What this page can and can't tell you

This dossier documents how Aurelien makes money and how the operation runs — sourced, dated, and tagged VERIFIED CORROBORATED INFERRED UNKNOWN so you can see the strength of every claim rather than taking ours.

What it deliberately does not do is tell you whether to join anything. The honest questions are the boring ones:

  • Is the income evidence any good? Aurelien's grade is B- — The Irish register and the LEI database confirm the company that sells systeme.io, but the names of its directors and its single shareholder come from paid-data aggregators and from his own on-camera answer in 2021. The company qualifies to file small abridged accounts, so nothing it has filed reveals turnover or profit. What supports the scale is a run of his own figures repeated to different interviewers since 2019, plus archived versions of the company's affiliate page. The most-quoted current revenue number is an outside estimate with no recorded source. B- rates how well the money is documented, not how much he makes.. A low grade means weak documentation, not weak earnings.
  • Is the edge transferable to you? The Playbook tab has the channel map and the funnel. Read it and ask what Aurelien had that you don't — an existing audience is the usual answer, and it is usually the whole answer.
  • Are they still doing it? Check the Latest Feed tab. A quiet channel and a loud pitch are different things.

We take a commission on some links on this site, disclosed where they appear. That is exactly why the grade and the caution flag are not for sale — how we work.
