Amy Starr Allen is an affiliate marketer and creator, active since 2008. Role on record: Home Business Academy affiliate; host of the podcast Living in Alignment, Abundance Resources, Inc. (Colorado corporation named in her site footers). Top Earners grades how well Amy Starr Allen's income is documented at D. The grade measures the evidence, not how much Amy Starr Allen earns, and every claim in this dossier carries an evidence tag.
Disclosure first: the same company, the same buyers. Rob Fore, the editor of this site, holds a live affiliate position in the Home Business Academy (HBA), and his own sponsor there is co-founder Paul Hutchings, #1 in this series. Amy Starr Allen is a live HBA affiliate too, and her funnels lead to the same company’s products VERIFIED, HBA’s referrer lookup and her links, 2 Oct 2026. The two compete for the same buyers. She is not in the editor’s line: he did not sponsor her, and under HBA’s one-tier plan he is paid nothing on her or her customers VERIFIED, editor’s statement; plan VERIFIED.
Disclosure: two former programs in common. Both once held positions in My Lead System Pro (MLSP) and Empower Network. She was an MLSP affiliate from about 2010 to at least 2017, and she founded an Empower Network team, “Team Shine”, in October 2011 and promoted the company until 2014 VERIFIED, her posts. The editor confirmed his own former positions in both on 2 Oct 2026.
Disclosure: a history between them. On 14 Dec 2011 she published “Rob Fore is a Genius”, still live on her blog with a matching video. She writes that while choosing a mentor she phoned the editor, who “went on to spend an hour on the phone with me”, and that she took his attraction-marketing bootcamp VERIFIED. He commented on the post on 16 Apr 2012: “Great review. Almost made me blush…” VERIFIED; the editor confirms it. That December she wrote of meeting him at MLSP’s “Live the Dream” events, and in March 2012 she quoted “my friend Rob Fore” VERIFIED. In her video recap of HBA’s Freedom Fest in January 2022 she praised him by name for leading the event’s glass walk without pay VERIFIED, eSC8mjSsnM0 at about 17:28. HBA’s company blog listed both as paid affiliates in each of its eight named monthly rosters in 2021 VERIFIED. Today the editor calls her an acquaintance, with no contact or business between them VERIFIED, editor’s statement.
Amy Starr Allen (YouTube @AmyStarrAllen, joined February 2008, 4.56K subscribers rounded at source, 660,251 views, 993 videos) has published online since 2008: the channel first, then amystarrallen.com, registered on 11 Nov 2008 VERIFIED. Her YouTube bio reads “How I live job free and earn from anywhere (and how you can, too!)”, “I’m a single mother and entrepreneur” and “I’ve been marketing online for over 20 years” VERIFIED as her words. By her own dated statements she entered network marketing around 2003, spent about nine years with one company she has never named, and joined MLSP around 2010; in 2017 she wrote that before MLSP “I literally knew NOTHING about marketing online” VERIFIED as her words. The verifiable online span is about 18.6 years INFERRED from the dates. She wrote MLM for MOM: Why Network Marketing Is a Natural Fit for Mothers (Balboa Press, 2011) VERIFIED. She has sold HBA products since 2018 or 2019; her own accounts of the start date differ VERIFIED statements; date UNKNOWN.
How the business works. Apart from a few tool affiliate links (AWeber, GetResponse, Canva), every money link on her pages ends in HBA: the $35 starter pack (the Let’s Goal app and the Funnel Builder, with a two-week Premium trial), the Funnel Builder at $25 a month, Let’s Goal at $10, Premium at $125 and the Financial Literacy Academy, which she said in 2024 cost her $500 VERIFIED, her links and statements; HBA’s pages. HBA pays 80% on core products to the referring affiliate only, weekly, so an affiliate earns on direct customers and on no one else’s VERIFIED, HBA compensation plan. Her traffic is organic. Google’s Ads Transparency Center shows no advertiser under her name or domains, Meta’s Ad Library shows no active ads for her page, and none of her live funnel pages loads an ad pixel VERIFIED. She describes the method herself: “all I’m doing is I’m making YouTube videos and those YouTube videos can be found in search. And over time, I’m building my email list and the people on my email list are purchasing products from me” (vYl4bTNsIhY, 13 Jul 2026) VERIFIED. Her own products sit beside HBA’s: a six-module course, The Freebie Funnel Method, priced at $1,222 with the FAQ answer “No, we do not offer refunds”, which she also gives free to referrals who buy all four HBA products; a $22 swipe file; and a $27.50 YouTube starter kit with a seven-day refund VERIFIED.
She is an insider at HBA. The company’s blog credits her with a Funnel Builders Academy training (February 2021) and with organizing the member segment of its weekly mastermind (from May 2021) VERIFIED. On a September 2021 company call a co-founder introduced her as a “top earner” in network and affiliate marketing VERIFIED that it was said; speaker INFERRED to be Paul Hutchings; no figure attached. She spoke at Freedom Fest in November 2024 VERIFIED. Paul Hutchings, the editor’s sponsor, opens his interview with her (her podcast #067) by calling her “one of my best friends in the world” VERIFIED.
Her earnings claims, set against HBA’s own disclosure. HBA’s earnings disclosure for 1 Oct 2025 to 30 Sep 2026 gives average affiliate earnings of $524 and a median of $0; 26.4% of affiliates made at least one sale, and their median was $203 VERIFIED, thehba.app/income, 2 Oct 2026. The company’s own sales page says “Typical affiliates earn no income” VERIFIED. In a video of 25 Feb 2022 she said one sale a week “amounts to over 74 000 in residual commissions after one year” and, after two years, “12 480 per month”, arithmetic that assumes every buyer takes both subscriptions and none cancels, with no earnings disclaimer in the video or its description VERIFIED, BWq3mBSaFxk. Her blog post of 11 Jun 2026 says 79 paying customers “adds up to $10k/month”, a hypothetical about the plan with no disclaimer in the post, while HBA’s median for the year to 30 Sep 2026 is $0 VERIFIED. Her page starrallenstudios.com/3kformula, live on 2 Oct 2026, promises a formula home business owners “Are Using To Earn $3000 Per Month Or More In Residual Income Online”, with no earnings disclaimer on the page VERIFIED. Her YouTube “FREE training” link opens an opt-in headed “How I Am Able to Live Job Free & Earn Online From Anywhere in the World. And, more importantly, how you can do the same.”, with no figure and no disclaimer VERIFIED. Where her pages do print a disclaimer it is HBA’s older template, “Average affiliates can expect to earn $347” ($328 on her Miracle App pages), with no median, against HBA’s current $524 average and $0 median VERIFIED. Earlier claims follow the same pattern: “generate $154,000 per MONTH” for a 2009 system called Club 100K, and “Wanna learn how to earn $1k/day?” on Empower Network posts in July 2012; no disclaimer beside either is recorded in the research VERIFIED as published; disclaimer UNKNOWN.
Is $100K+/yr verifiable? No. The only dollar record of her own income is a day she chose to show: on 25 Feb 2022 she read out a day of HBA commission notifications that total $1,360.80 (ten recurring rebills, two new Funnel Builder sales, two $400 Financial Literacy Academy commissions and a trial) VERIFIED from the transcript; the screen not inspected frame by frame. On 13 Jul 2026 she said she had been “just sent $348, for doing nothing” VERIFIED. Neither is a monthly or annual figure, and no such figure of her own appears in her posts or in the 11 transcripts reviewed VERIFIED absence within scope. Two older figures came from pages she did not write: a 2012 Empower Network page that she linked as “what the last year has been like for me” described a Colorado single mother who “Now Makes Over $10k/Month”, beside the line “the income examples shown are extraordinary” VERIFIED page; that it describes her INFERRED, strong, and her own live About page says “Amy has since become a 6-figure earner in the industry”, with no year or period VERIFIED, amystarrallen.com, 2 Oct 2026; a 2016 interview host repeated the same bio line. No record supports either figure UNKNOWN. Her own-income lines are qualitative: “I’ve been able to create a full-time income” (20 Aug 2026), “my income has been stable” (21 Feb 2026) VERIFIED as her words. The company’s records confirm activity, not amounts: “Amy Allen” is on every named 2021 paid roster, and she reports reaching HBA’s Triple Oak Benefactor level on 7 May 2026 (15,000 days of meals donated from her own sales), adding that the founders told her “nobody in the company has ever done this before other than the founders of the company” VERIFIED that she says it; HBA’s announcement not seen. HBA has described its meals-per-sale ratio in two different ways in material she published, so the award cannot be converted into commissions UNKNOWN.
On caution. This profile is not flagged caution. No regulatory action, consumer-protection lawsuit or Better Business Bureau file names her or her companies VERIFIED negative, within scope; state court dockets not searched. Empower Network, which she promoted from 2011 to 2014, drew more than 160 consumer complaints to the FTC (released to TINA.org under a 2014 records request) and a private class action; no regulatory action named the company or her VERIFIED. It is reported here as history, as #66 reported Digital Altitude. Four “Amy Allen” Google advertisers and the earlier owners of two of her domains are other people and are not about her.
Search video into email, one program underneath [HIGH replicability]. Her channel’s traffic does not come from her offers. Her most-watched video is “How To Download Someone Else’s Facebook Live Video- 2020” (75,506 views, 11.4% of the channel’s lifetime views), and nine of her ten biggest long-form videos are generic tutorials on Facebook, Kindle, Canva and Pinterest VERIFIED. The 113 videos with HBA in the title hold about a tenth of the views VERIFIED count; share INFERRED from rounded values. The channel still gains about 89,000 views a year, and most recent descriptions open with the same link: a two-field opt-in headed “How I Am Able to Live Job Free & Earn Online From Anywhere in the World” VERIFIED. She says “the goal of all of my content, all of those little fish hooks out on the internet is just to move people from YouTube over onto my email list” VERIFIED, vYl4bTNsIhY at 13:20. The list then hears about HBA.
A weekly slot and one review format. Most long videos go up on Thursdays at about 11:30 a.m. Eastern, and the podcast keeps the same day VERIFIED timestamps; schedule INFERRED. Her HBA review videos follow one shape: a thesis, the company’s story, a price comparison against named tools (Skool, WebinarJam, ClickFunnels-class builders), a long screen-share demo, a real date for urgency, then the $35 offer and “you will get a welcome email from me” VERIFIED times; segment labels INFERRED. The offer always comes last and is previewed early with “stick around to the end”.
Her own course as the upgrade incentive. Referrals who buy all four HBA products receive The Freebie Funnel Method free (“This course retails for $1222”), a weekly “All In” Zoom with her, her seven promotional emails and her tool affiliate links, with the note “Your referrals will do the same and you will build a nice residual income bonus!” VERIFIED. Each tier a referral adds raises her monthly commission on that customer.
What to change if copying. The method needs no ad budget and is fully documented from her public pages. Anyone modeling it should put the company’s current median beside every piece of commission arithmetic, label projections as hypothetical, keep disclaimer figures current, and put the affiliate disclosure next to the link rather than only at the foot of a description.

This is an editor-selected dossier, #67. The score, breakdown and tier are the researcher’s recommendation for the editorial pass: 50, Tier 3, cohort Affiliate.
Why 50. Income scores 12/40. The grade is D and no annual income can be verified. Company records show steady selling, a co-founder’s “top earner” and a production award she reports as unmatched outside the founders, but HBA has no leaderboard and has published no rank or figure for her, so the 14-point band for a verified top rank does not apply. Audience scores 10/30. Her largest account is a 7,932-follower Facebook profile and no account reaches 10,000; the channel’s 4.56K subscribers and 660,251 views come mostly from old tutorials. Activity scores 20/20. She posts about two YouTube videos a week on a dated Thursday slot, blogs every upload, released podcast #081 on 27 Aug 2026, and published a new HBA video on 29 Sep 2026. Value scores 8/10. The organic video-to-email method and her link structure are documented from primary pages and can be copied without an ad budget; the outcome is not measured, because no income figure exists to show what the method produces.
Where sources conflict. Her HBA start date differs in her own words (October 2019 in 2022; October 2018 in 2024 and 2026); this page says 2018 or 2019. The per-post text of the 2021 rosters shows both names on all eight. Her Empower Network years are given as October 2011 to 2014, from her own 2011 founding statement and 2014 signatures, rather than 2012 to 2013. Her printed disclaimer appears with two averages, $347 and $328, and both are attributed by page.
Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Amy Starr Allen, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.
What the record does show is how well Amy Starr Allen's income is documented, graded D, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.
All 18 sections: complete funnel teardown, replication-grade voice & style guide, operating budget line items, the handoff-ready daily/weekly/monthly SOP, and the 90-day replication roadmap.

Everything above is public behavior you can go and verify yourself. What follows is the replication kit — how Amy talks, what Amy actually runs, and the routine that makes it repeat. You can see its shape here. The instructions are in the full dossier.

Count the rows. 12 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.
That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.
The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.
Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.
Bottom line - the free half tells you where Amy shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.
Think about that. Then decide.
