Executive Summary

Ada Macarena Caballero — “Adita” to her team — is Vida Divina’s first-ever Crown Diamond and, on the record, the first woman in company history to reach Diamond, Double Diamond and Triple Diamond, the last in March 2018 VERIFIED — Vida Divina HQ Facebook video; businessforhome.org, 2018-03. Her prior company was not Jeunesse. Her pre-Vida Divina company was Total Life Changes (TLC / Iaso tea) — confirmed from her own archived personal domain, adacaballero.net, which ran 2014–2015 as “Cambio Total de Vida,” footer “Distribuidor Oficial Total Life Changes,” alongside her own 2014 YouTube uploads VERIFIED — Wayback CDX; own uploads. Jeunesse returns a verified negative across every source swept. She entered network marketing roughly 30 years ago (“más de 30 años,” wufaKaHxW8E @15:49 → ~1995), joined Vida Divina at its September 2016 launch, and has held top-rank status continuously since 2018 VERIFIED.

Company-level record, stated precisely. BBB National Programs’ Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council closed DSSRC Case #150-2024 on 2024-03-11, an administrative inquiry into ten unsubstantiated product-performance claims made by Vida Divina salesforce members on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok — including “May Improve Immune Function in People With Certain Cancers,” a blood-sugar/insulin testimonial, an infertility-reversal claim, and “liposuction in a bottle” VERIFIED — primary decision text. Vida Divina removed nine of the ten posts and attempted to reach the author of the tenth; DSSRC found the remediation “necessary and appropriate” and closed administratively VERIFIED — primary. Ada Caballero is not named anywhere in the case, and an exhaustive primary-source search — no FTC action, no state AG matter, no FDA warning letter, no PROFECO or COFEPRIS record, no litigation — returns nothing found against her personally VERIFIED NEGATIVE. A company-level or salesforce-level record is disclosed with full precision here rather than used to caution-flag an individual with no personal adverse finding.

The widely repeated $14,400,000/yr figure traces entirely to epixelmlmsoftware.com, a self-disclaimed MLM-software vendor blog with no shown methodology; a copycat page that reproduces the number (promlmsoftware.com) carries its own meta-description stating $4.08M/year on the same page — a 3.5x internal contradiction that proves the figure is an editorial artifact, not a measurement VERIFIED — provenance. This figure is not citable and should never be repeated. Vida Divina’s own Income Disclosure Statement, Rev 01-25, states the company “has recently launched” and “lacks enough statistical data to prepare reliable income disclosures,” projecting average annual affiliate gross revenue of $500–$2,000 — for a company founded in September 2016, ten years prior VERIFIED — primary. What does hold up: the comp plan’s own primary “12 Ways To Earn” page grants an Extra Business Center at Diamond, Double Diamond, Triple Diamond and Crown Diamond — five centers total at her rank, each stated to allow “an additional $80,000 in Team Commissions per Business Center” — independently establishing a $400,000/month Team Commission ceiling, before any Check Match VERIFIED — primary. Income evidence grade: C.

Her entire business runs on a standing daily Facebook Live in Spanish, 60–90 minutes, phone-framed, no script — she states the workflow herself: cNiaTKHHIRs @33:01, “todos estos lives los descargo y los pongo en en YouTube” (“all these lives I download and put on YouTube”), confirming YouTube (550 subscribers, 31 videos, 13,731 lifetime views) is an archive, not the channel VERIFIED. Her personal funnel, adacaballero.com, is a byte-identical 2018 HTML 4.01 <frameset> wrapping a legacy office2office.com signup form — distributor ID 2666501, hard-defaulted to Spanish, zero tracking pixels of any kind, unchanged for eight years VERIFIED — live fetch + Wayback. Across four full transcripts totaling ~3h45m of 2026 content she states zero income figures — the only dollar sign is a $20 Korean airport bus fare — and zero disease claims, while her Instagram bio reads “DIAMANTE CORONA ROYAL 8 FIGURAS MLM”, the sharpest contradiction between her broadcast behavior and her owned-profile copy in this file VERIFIED. Caution: not applied to this profile — the IDS and DSSRC records above belong to the company and its salesforce, not to a documented personal finding against her.

The Edge

Named: El Vivo Diario — The Standing Live as the Entire Business [PARTIALLY REPLICABLE]. Every marketer in this cohort builds funnels; she built a standing appointment. Every single day, at a fixed hour, in Spanish, she goes live for 60–90 minutes with a phone, no script, no slides, no editing, no offer, and no link to anything but a 2018 signup frameset. The show is the CRM, the training platform, the retention program, the conflict-resolution forum, the recruiting event and the culture engine, simultaneously. Three components make it work, and only two are copyable: (1) the forward-not-the-algorithm distribution model — she never optimizes for reach; she opens every broadcast instructing her downline to forward the link (“compartan el link con sus socios”), making distribution a downline obligation rather than a platform outcome, which is why 550 YouTube subscribers coexist with roughly 140 live concurrents on a random Wednesday [VERIFIED — zrwXoRvzGz4 @35:25]. (2) Outsourced authority — cNiaTKHHIRs @2:35, “porque es mejor que lo escuchen de mí y que no lo escuchen de ti” (“because it’s better they hear it from me and not from you”) — she deliberately absorbs the hard messages so her downline leaders never have to be the villain, a retention subsidy that requires an existing downline and is not transferable to a solo operator. (3) She sells rent money and identity, never wealth — in 112 minutes of 2026 content across four videos she states exactly one dollar figure, a $20 airport bus fare in Korea; what she promises is “tu gas, tu gasolina, tu comida” and a self-concept ritual (zrwXoRvzGz4 @35:56: “Yo elijo a [tu nombre]. Yo me doy el poder”). The transferable components are #1 and #3; #2 requires an existing downline.

Replicability. Fully replicable and free: the fixed daily broadcast slot, naming 8–12 commenters by name and city every broadcast, the “anótenlo allí” numbered-framework-plus-verbatim-repeat teaching mechanic, and the rent-and-groceries income framing that deliberately never states a dollar figure. Partially replicable: the forward-not-the-algorithm distribution model, which only works once a real downline exists to do the forwarding. Structural and not replicable: the outsourced-authority retention subsidy, and the 30-year industry tenure that makes her voice carry weight in the room. What a late entrant must substitute for the half that cannot be copied is the thing she never built at all — a tracked, pixel-instrumented lead-capture layer behind the broadcast; her zero-pixel, zero-tracking funnel is the single largest structural defect in her business and should not be replicated alongside the format that works.

Score Note

This dossier scores 62, Tier 3. Income (24/40): her rank is company-verified and the comp plan’s own Extra Business Center clause independently supports a $400,000/month Team Commission ceiling, but no primary income document exists anywhere and the company’s own IDS discloses no real data — docked well below the ceiling-implied maximum for the total absence of documentary proof. Audience (12/30): 550 YouTube subscribers, 13,731 lifetime views, a three-year 2022–2025 upload blackout, no email list, and an Instagram/Facebook footprint that is real but largely unmeasurable behind login walls — credited for a genuine multinational downline and ~140 live concurrents on an ordinary broadcast. Activity (18/20): daily live, daily company calls, weekly office travel, street prospecting and a full international event circuit; docked for the multi-year YouTube gap and near-zero repurposing. Value (8/10): the standing-daily-live ritual and the “sell rent money, not wealth” positioning are genuinely transferable; the frameset funnel, the offline flyer distribution and the Spanish-only, downline-forward model are not modelable by a digital-first operator.

Four facts behind the profile. (1) The pre-Vida Divina company was Total Life Changes (TLC), not Jeunesse — Jeunesse is a verified negative; the correct attribution is established from her own archived TLC site and her own 2014 uploads. (2) The $14.4M/yr figure is a vendor-blog number (epixelmlmsoftware.com) that its own copycat page publishes as $4.08M on the same page — it must never be repeated as fact. (3) Her real channels are adacaballero.com, YouTube @ADACABALLERO, her personal Facebook profile, and Instagram @caballeroada — not a third-party mirror. (4) This profile is not filed as a caution case: the two adverse-adjacent records (the company’s own Income Disclosure Statement, and DSSRC Case #150-2024) are company-level and salesforce-level respectively, and per the Napolitano precedent are stated precisely in the Executive Summary and Compliance sections rather than used to caution-flag a subject with no personal adverse finding.

What We Can and Can't Verify About Ada Caballero's Net Worth

Top Earners does not publish a net worth figure for Ada Caballero, and it doesn't publish one for anyone else either. A public record can show income signals: ranks, commissions, sales and company filings. It can't show the rest of a person's finances: other investments, unreported income streams, inheritance, property, debts and taxes. A total that leaves those out is a guess, so we don't print one.

What the record does show is how well Ada Caballero's income is documented, graded C, and the evidence behind that grade is set out claim by claim in this dossier. Net worth estimates that circulate online are not used here: they rarely show where their numbers come from.

Who researched this dossier

This dossier on Ada Caballero was researched and written by Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, from public and primary sources — the subject's own channels, filings and company documents where they exist — and every claim in it carries an evidence tag showing how strongly it is sourced.

It was reviewed before publication by Rob Fore, who checks each source against the document it came from and each allegation against its stage: an investigation is not a finding, a complaint is not a verdict, and a company-level record is not a personal one. TOP EARNERS is published by Listech, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

What this page does not claim. The income grade of C rates the strength of the public evidence about Ada's earnings, not Ada's earnings themselves, and not Ada as a person. Where no primary document exists, this dossier says so rather than estimating.

The funnel, front to back

Lead magnet to first dollar to continuity — the ladder as walked, not as advertised.

A. The live link — the entire acquisition mechanism. Byte-identical from the 2018-02-03 Wayback capture through 2025-07-10 and live today — eight years, zero edits.

C. adacaballero.net — the abandoned first site, and a mis-attribution trap. Wayback CDX shows two entirely different sites on one domain: 2014–2015, "Cambio Total de Vida" — nav Iaso Tienda / Iaso Videos / Iaso Live / Afiliación / Info-Dietas / Preguntas Frecuentes, footer "Distribuidor Oficial Total Life Changes," a dieta.pdf, and a Histats counter (ID 2582782) — this is her TLC site. 2020–2021: an English-language Christian single-mom blog (bible-verses-on-acceptance, heal-after-divorce, christian-dating-apps-for-single-moms) belonging to a different, unrelated Ada Caballero after the domain dropped. Any automated scrape of adacaballero.net post-2019 will attribute the wrong person's content to this subject VERIFIED — flagged explicitly.

Funnel verdict. There is no funnel in the marketing sense. There is a broadcast, a link, and a 2010-era replicated signup form. No lead capture, no nurture, no retargeting, no tracking, no landing-page test, no offer page. The conversion machinery is entirely human: her voice, her downline's forwarding, and a phone number swap on the street.

The other half of this file

Everything above is public behavior you can go and verify yourself. What follows is the replication kit — how Ada talks, what Ada actually runs, and the routine that makes it repeat. You can see its shape here. The instructions are in the full dossier.

🔒 Voice & messaging 7 patterns
  • Register
  • The tough-love / discipline register — deflating the passive-income fantasy
  • Outsourced authority — her single most quotable line
  • The inoculation speech — "anyone is welcome, no upline gatekeeps."
  • Activity-over-excuses framing
  • Signature phrases, repetition-verified across ≥2 videos
  • Style mechanics and the call-and-response ritual
🔒 The tool stack 3 findings
  • Used, exhaustively fingerprinted
  • Absent — exhaustive negative
  • Total identifiable recurring cost

Fingerprinted from Ada's own page source, not copied off a recommendations page. Those two lists disagree more often than you would think.

You can see the shape of it. That is deliberate.

Count the rows. 12 moves on a fixed cadence, each one already assigned to a person, a VA or an AI, each one carrying the number it lives or dies by.

That is not advice. That is a schedule with names on it.

The covered column is the instruction - what actually happens in that slot. Voice works the same way: you can read what each pattern is about, not the pattern itself. So does the stack.

Why hold it back? Because that is the product, and pretending otherwise would insult you.

Bottom line - the free half tells you where Ada shows up. The paid half tells you what to say when you get there, what to run it on, and what to do every day so it compounds.

Think about that. Then decide.

What this page can and can't tell you

This dossier documents how Ada makes money and how the operation runs — sourced, dated, and tagged VERIFIED CORROBORATED INFERRED UNKNOWN so you can see the strength of every claim rather than taking ours.

What it deliberately does not do is tell you whether to join anything. The honest questions are the boring ones:

  • Is the income evidence any good? Ada's grade is C — Her rank is company-verified (Vida Divina HQ's own Facebook video names her "Crown Diamond"), and the comp plan's published Extra Business Center clause independently establishes a $400,000/month Team Commission ceiling at her rank — before any Check Match. But no primary income document exists anywhere: Vida Divina's own Income Disclosure Statement (Rev 01-25) disclaims having real data at all and projects only $500-$2,000 average annual affiliate gross revenue. Every dollar figure in circulation is a self-disclaimed vendor estimate, a 2018 hearsay quote from a downline member, or her own Instagram bio — and across 3h45m of her own 2026 content she states no income figure at all.. A low grade means weak documentation, not weak earnings.
  • Is the edge transferable to you? The Playbook tab has the channel map and the funnel. Read it and ask what Ada had that you don't — an existing audience is the usual answer, and it is usually the whole answer.
  • Are they still doing it? Check the Latest Feed tab. A quiet channel and a loud pitch are different things.

We take a commission on some links on this site, disclosed where they appear. That is exactly why the grade and the caution flag are not for sale — how we work.
